The aim of this research is to construct an SIR model for COVID-19 with fuzzy parameters. The SIR model is constructed by considering the factors of vaccination, treatment, obedience in implementing health protocols, and the corona virus-load. Parameters of the infection rate, recovery rate, and death rate due to COVID-19 are constructed as a fuzzy number, and their membership functions are used in the model as fuzzy parameters. The model analysis uses the generation matrix method to obtain the basic reproduction number and the stability of the model’s equilibrium points. Simulation results show that differences in corona virus-loads will also cause differences in the transmission of COVID-19. Likewise, the factors of vaccination and obedience in implementing health protocols have the same effect in slowing or stopping the transmission of COVID-19 in Indonesia.
The objectives of this research are to obtain a mathematical model for the spread of typhoid by including the factor of flies and food as variables in the model; analyze and simulation models that will provide predictions and status of typhoid. The data used are secondary data on the number of Typhus cases in Makassar City, analysis of the model is done using the lyapunov function method, while the simulation uses the MatLab model. The results of this study are the SEIR model for typhoid spread, then the simulation results of the model using secondary data on the number of typhoid cases in the city of Makassar provide the number of typhus sufferers and the status of typhoid in Makassar city that is disease free or endemic. Prediction of the number of typhoid cases which can be a reference in the early steps of typhoid cases in Makassar.
This study applied the Markov chain model on the daily temperature and relative humidity data that was collected from the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency station in Majene district for the period 1983 to 2011. This study aims to analyze the comfortable level category in the Majene city based on the Temperature Humidity Index by calculating the probability of steady-state, the mean residence time and the mean first passage time. Categorizing the level of comfortable which is based on the Temperature Humidity Index consists of three categories, namely the comfortable, quite comfortable and uncomfortable. The trend of comfortable levels in the Majene city from 1983 to 2011 was fluctuated in the categories of quite comfortable and uncomfortable. Uncomfortable category occurs in October and November each year. The steady-state probability values indicates that the quite comfortable category has the highest chance of appearance, which is around 70%, and the comfortable category has the smallest chance of appearance, which is only about 5%. Meanwhile, the mean residence time and the mean first passage time indicate that the quite comfortable category have the longest duration of occurrence, which is around 5 days, and has the shortest duration to recur after occurring in the previous event, which is around 1.43 days.
Penelitian terapan ini bertujuan untuk membangun model Penentuan Minuman Susu Kemasan Terbaik dengan variabel pertimbangan adalah harga dan nutrisi. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu fuzzifikasi, penentuan aturan fuzzy, inferensi fuzzy dengan metode mamdani, dan defuzzifikasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data yang diambil dari survey langsung di lapangan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di salah satu supermarket di makassar. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah susu kemasan sampel 16 yang menjadi susu kemasan yang paling cocok untuk direkomendasikan kepada masyarakat karena memiliki nutrisi tinggi dan harga yang terjangkau.Kata Kunci: Fuzzy logic, Mamdani, Susu, Harga, Nutrisi This applied research aims to build a model of determining the best packaged milk with consideration variables are price and nutrition. The steps used in this research are fuzzification, fuzzy rule determination, fuzzy inference with mamdani method, and defuzzification. The data used are data taken from direct field surveys conducted by researchers in one of the supermarkets in Makassar.
