This study was conducted to examine the effect of proxied ownership structure using institutional ownership, foreign ownership and managerial ownership variables which are moderated by the characteristics of the board of commissioners as proxied by the size of the board of commissioners, and the proportion of independent board of commissioners on company performance as measured by the firm's financial performance. Proxied by return on assets and return on equity and firm value proxied by Tobin's Q and market to book ratio. With a total of 81 samples from financial service companies listed on the IDX in 2018 tested using WarpPLS 7.0, the researchers found that ownership structure has a negative effect on financial performance and firm value, the characteristics of the board of commissioners have a positive effect on financial performance and firm value, and only interaction characteristics the board of commissioners in the relationship between ownership structure and financial performance which can be a moderating variable. Keywords: Ownership Structure, Firm Performance, and Characteristics of The Board of Commissioners.
Indonesia as a rich country with its natural resources to be one of the countries in the world to play an active role in increasing international trade flows. One of the energy which is very beneficial to human life is a natural gas. The use of this energy will meet to household needs and another important needs for industry. The data presented is a secondary data in the form of time series for 22 years, a period 1995-2017. The variables of this study are domestic consumption, exchange rate, international price, and GDP per capita of the importing country. Then, the analytical method used is auto-regressive distributed lag (ARDL). The results of the analysis shown that in the short term all variables such as domestic consumption, exchange rates, natural gas prices and GDP per capita significantly influence to volume of natural gas exports. While in the long run term, the results which is the same as the short run, that is, all the independent variables such as domestic consumption, the exchange rate, international prices and GDP per capita have a significant effect on the volume of natural gas exports.

At the same time, world oil prices and exchange rates represent the external banking risks. World oil price data is obtained from OPEC Price, and exchange rate data is obtained from the Pacific Exchange Rate Service. While the data from NPF and FDR is obtained from BI Statistics of Sharia Banking. The results of this study found that world oil prices have a significant effect on credit risk and liquidity risk in Islamic banking. The Sustainable Development Goals have become the UN's global goals in the 2015 to 2030 time frame. To achieve these goals, Indonesia has designated a National Roadmap for Sustainable Development Goals in Presidential Regulation Number 59 of 2017. The Presidential Regulation serves as a guideline for Ministries or Agencies in National Actions Plans on Sustainable Development Goals in their respective domains. Including in the Public Procurement of Goods/Services has been fostered to increase sustainable procurement. This Systematic Literature Review has been looking for research evidence to reveal the contribution of e-procurement in the Sustainable Development Goals in Indonesia for the last decade. The evidence has been systematically collected by following the SLR protocol from the indexing Portal Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) specific for published articles in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the international research on sustainable procurement has been ongoing since 2001; the review here shows that there has not been much research on sustainable procurement in Indonesia. The results of this review offer a future research agenda for sustainable procurement in Indonesia.
