This paper discusses the punishment for someone who has intercourse with an ajnabiah woman through the anal perspective of Shafi'iah. Imam Shafi'I himself did not give a direct opinion related to this issue. However, Shafi'i clerics address the problem, where the majority of Shafi'i clerics equate the intercourse done from the rectum with the intercourse done through the rectal female Ajnabiah. The method they use is the qiyas method, which according to them; both (adultery through qubul or rectum) produce lust and both are parts of the body that must be covered and guarded by a woman. Likewise, mandatory bathing for men who put their genitals in one of them (qubul and rectum).

Islamic jurisprudence see that sexual desire is a humanbase, a natural power that is in a human. So, islamicjurisprudence regulate a human biological sexual desire channelby a marriage, and they don‟t agree a sexual deviation, such ashomosexual. Homosexual is a bad behaviour that is prohibitedin islamic jurisprudence based on al-Quran and hadis. Scribes ofislamic jurisprudence agree to forbid homosexual, although there are so many opinion about law sanction for them. Some of thescribes say that they have to be killed, have to be punished, suchas a judgement for they commit an adultery, and even they say that homosexual will be punished in jail.

The economic crisis that hit Europe in 2008 had a significant impact on the industrial sector, especially among the working class. The effects of this particular crisis have been depicted in many literary works such as writings, films, and music. Thus, the present article analyzes the main character's construction and the critique of capitalism in the 2014 Belgian film titled, Deux Jours, Une Nuit. Moreover, it examines the narrative and cinematographic aspects, and then correlates them with the Marxist critique of capitalism in order to explain the main character's struggle to secure her job. According to the findings, the film not only depicts how the ethics of capitalism influence the working class, but also how they consider humans as an exploitable resource. Such issues related to the economy and society are still found today among the working class, both in Europe and around the world.

Tingginya pencemaran air sumur saat ini sangat mempengaruhi  kehidupan  manusia  dan  lingkungan terutama dalam penggunaan air bersih yang semakin lama semakin menurun kuantitasnya. Air dalam sumur yang dibuat oleh warga digunakan untuk minum, mencuci, dan lain sebagainya. Pencemaran air sumur di alami oleh masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah tempat tinggal saya yaitu Jl. Bliton Timur Kelurahan Belawan II Kecamatan Medan Belawan,  Kota  Medan,  Sumatera  Utara.  Akibat  dari  air sumur yang tidak berkualitas baik adalah warga sering mengalami penyakit kulit seperti gatal-gatal. Tetapi ada beberapa  warga  di  lingkungan  tersebut  yang  tidak mengalami penyakit kulit meskipun memiliki air sumur bor juga. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan pengujian untuk menentukan kualitas air sumur bor tersebut menggunakan metode Sugeno. Metode fuzzy Sugeno memberikan hasil keputusan yang terperinci. Terdiri atas 20 Rules yang memberikan perincian terhadap kualitas air sumur  bor  layak  minum. Hasil penelitian  ini adalah diketahuinya kualitas air sumur bor dengan memiliki kriteria yang baik sehingga masyarakat mengetahui karakteristik kualias air sumur bor yang baik pula.
