The tax is a compulsory levy paid by the citizen to the country and is used for the benefit of government and the general public. Tax is one of the country revenues to carry out the government activities, both the central and regional governments. A vehicle tax is a source of regional revenues. A compliance with vehicle taxpayers is one of the indicators in increasing local revenue. This research aimed to analyze the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, and tax sanctions on vehicle taxpayer compliance. The population that has been used was all vehicle taxpayers in SAMSAT, South Surabaya. Meanwhile, the sample that has been used was 100 vehicle taxpayers by using random sampling technique. In this research, the data used a questionnaire. The technique of data analysis was using multiple linear analysis. The type of this research was quantitative research. The results of the research were the tax awareness and the tax sanctions significantly influenced vehicle taxpayer compliance while the tax knowledge had no effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas absensi online dalam disiplin kerja di kantor Imigrasi kelas I Khusus TPI Surabaya saat pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dikaitkan dengan teori indikator efektivitas program (Budiani, 2007). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan absensi online di kantor imigrasi Imigrasi kelas I Khusus TPI Surabaya saat pandemi covid-19 sudah efektif dalam mengendalikan disiplin kehadiran. Berdasarkan ketepatan program menunjukkan penerapan absensi online di kantor imigrasi berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan sasaran yaitu kepada seluruh pegawai kantor imigrasi serta regulasi yang ada. Dari indikator sosialisasi program kepada pegawai kantor berjalan dengan efektif karena telah dilakukan secara merata kepada seluruh pegawai melalui daring. Tujuan dari program absensi online di kantor imigrasi sesuai dengan perencanaan menghindari persebaran virus korona dikarenakan sejak bulan maret telah beredar surat edaran lockdown. Berdasarkan pemantuan pada program absensi online di kantor imigrasi sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh pihak kepegawaian dan umum. Dari hasil rekap data absensi pegawai akan dilakukan evaluasi agar menjadi perhitungan jam masuk dan pulang kerja dilihat dari masuk dan telatnya pegawai melakukan absensi yang kemudian akan dilakukan potongan tunjangan.
In Indonesia, currently there has been progress in the field of information technology. Along with the development of sophisticated and advanced technology, there are more and more demands of need. By utilizing the sophistication and advancement of existing technology, the government makes electronic-based policies, namely e-government. From the existence of this new electronic-based system, it makes easier to carry out the implementation of services carried out by the state apparatus to public. The objective of this study is to measure the level of public awareness of Surabaya people towards the application of the E-ticket system related to frequent violations. The scope of the study is the city of Surabaya. The problem is focused on the level of public awareness about the e-ticket system that has been running. In order to approach this problem, a theoretical reference from Soerjono Sukanto was used regarding public awareness. The data were collected through questionnaires spread across 31 districts in Surabaya and analyzed quantitatively with a descriptive approach. This study concludes that Surabaya people had awareness and knew a new system in ticketing, namely the electronic ticketing system, but for its application, many violations still occured. It is indicated by the percentage of 55% which is included in the fairly high category with a percentage of 70.5% regarding the existence the new system.
Online report card is a web-based value management system created by utilizing technology in its process to overcome the fundamental problems of processing and reporting grades in the 2013 Curriculum. Online report cards have been applied in various schools in the Surabaya area and currently the application has spread to various regions of Indonesia. In the application of online report cards there are various positive and negative impacts felt by the community. The research aims to analyze and see how the innovation of online report card services at IPIEMS Surabaya High School. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques using riview literature. The focus in this research is based on Everett M Rogers' theory of innovation attributes, namely relative advantage, suitability, complexity, probability, observability. The results of the analysis in the study using the attribute theory of online report card service innovation at IPIEMS Surabaya High School are in accordance and meet the 5 elements of innovation attributes by Everett M Rogers. Online report card service innovation implemented at SMA IPIEMS Surabaya can be carried out effectively and efficiently, besides that there is still a lack of relative benefits that do not cover the whole of online report card innovation
