The study aims to identify how to manage coastal zones, the scope, rationality of coastal development, challenges, frameworks, environmental impacts, and future trends in Banda Aceh City and Aceh Besar. This research is based on information from the scientific literature and secondary data. The results of the study inform that currently integrated coastal management in Banda Aceh City and Aceh Besar is not mainly used for coastal development strategies. Therefore, this coastal area requires integrated management to build reciprocal interactions between coastal communities, policies, the environment to achieve sustainable development. This coastal zone has a diversity of natural resources, minerals and tourism potential and much more to explore, therefore Banda Aceh City and Aceh Besar need to take roles and initiatives in marine governance. Judging from the results of the trend that the status of coastal management in Banda Aceh City and Aceh Besar has development opportunities that can reduce coastal poverty and contribute to local economic development.
Penelitian ini menganalisis efisiensi pemasaran kelapa sawit yang diusahakan di Desa Cot Meureubo, Kuta Makmur. Lokasi ini merupakan sentra produksi kelapa sawit di Aceh Utara. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui (1) struktur pasar dari sistem pemasaran Kelapa Sawit, (2) marjin pemasaran, pangsa harga, keuntungan dan rasio harga di antara lembaga pemasaran.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ada empat saluran pemasaran di lokasi penelitian, yaitu: Saluran I: Petani – pedagang pengumpul desa – pedagang pengumpul kecamatan – pabrik. Saluran II: Petani – pedagang pengumpul kabupaten – pabrik. Saluran III: Petani – pedagang pengumpul kecamatan – pabrik. Saluran IV: Petani – pedagang pengumpul kabupaten – pabrik. Struktur pasar cenderung sebagai pasar kompetisi tidak sempurna, merupakan pasar oligopsoni yang diukur oleh rasio konsentrasi. Keragaan pasar menyatakan bahwa marjin pasar dalam semua saluran beragam, distribusi marjin belum merata, pangsa harga petani masih rendah, keuntungan dan rasio harga juga beragam.
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis besarnya marjin pemasaran dan share harga yang diterima petani dan menganalisis besarnya rasio keuntungan dan biaya. Metode analisa data dalam penelitian dalam penelitian ini digunakan analisis tataniaga untuk mengetahui share harga, marjin pemasaran, share biaya, share keuntungan antara lembaga pemasaran.Hasil penelitian adalah Marjin pemasaran pada setiap saluran pemasaran yang ada besarnya bervariasi dan distribusinya tidak merata. Menurut analisis tataniaga, maka diketahui bahwa marjin pemasaran pada semua saluran pemasaran besarnya bervariasi.
This study examines the effect of Promotion, Ujrah Rates and Fund Disbursement Procedures on Customer Interest in Choosing Rahn Products at Sharia Pawnshops in Aceh Province. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to selected customers using a non-probability sampling method. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the promotion variable, and the procedure for disbursing funds had a positive and significant effect on customer interest in choosing Rahn's products at Pegadaian Syariah in Aceh Province. Meanwhile, the ujtrah rate variable has a negative and significant effect on customer interest in choosing Rahn's products. Recommendations from this research are expected that the Aceh Sharia Pawnshop can increase promotion as a means of introducing products to the public. Meanwhile, the ujrah tariff rate is reconsidered (to be lowered) and in terms of disbursement of funds it can be maintained in order to increase public interest in using Rahn's products at Sharia Pawnshops in the future.
Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin Benth) is an essential oil-producing plant which is a source of foreign exchange for the country. Indonesia is currently the world's producer of patchouli oil with a contribution of 90%, for that it is necessary to maintain market opportunities by increasing production through appropriate cultivation techniques, improving the quality of patchouli oil and developing patchouli plantings in areas that have bright prospects seen from the level of suitability. land and climate.The purpose of this study was to determine market structure, market behavior (various forms of collusion) and market appearances that occurred in the marketing of nimal oil in Bukut Village, Terangun District, Gayo Lues Regency. The marketing structure of Patchouli Oil in Gayo Lues, at the level of collector traders is a loose oligopoly with a CR4 value of 0.5421, at the level of a village collector it is a tight oligopoly with a CR4 value of 0.8855, while at the warehouse representative/ wholesaler level it is a tight oligopoly with a CR value, reaching 1.00. should have a value of 1.00 is a monopoly, but because there are still three competing companies, it is categorized as a strict oligopoly.
