The Madurese ethnic is known as one of the diverse ethnic groups in Indonesia for having a high business ethic. The only question is whether their business ethic due to religious factors, environmental values which forced them to work hard or because of both factors as a result of the dialectical process that eventually forms the Madurese ethnic. Therefore, this true of academic question is to be understood in this study. The object of this study is Madurese ethnic who live in Malang, both from santri and non-santri. The research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological and descriptive analysis method. Data mining techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the dialect that has occurred gradually in a relatively long time formed the Madurese ethnic in the city of Malang as a hard worker. It indicates that both santri and non-santri are not separated because motivated by religious teachings and moral values that exist locally. However, the santri groups seem more motivated by religious teachings compare with non-santri groups which more motivated by local wisdom value.
The formation of consumer attitudes will shape a person's intention to do or not, and that intention will influence the formation of consumer behavior. The purpose of this study is to fill the gap with previous research by investigating the role of religiosity, an essential part of a person's belief system, in the relationship between environmental variables and the intention to purchase green products / environmentally friendly products. Questionnaire or pre-test testing was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students of State Universities in Malang in more significant numbers to obtain primary data. The method of analysis in research is the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study indicate that religiosity is related to spiritual values that influence one's actions in making decisions. Religiosity is very important in one's life. So that generation Z who has a high level of religiosity will think of the environment for the actions they do during the purchase activity. Thus generation Z will choose environmentally friendly products (green products) so that the surrounding environment is safe and avoid environmental damage.

Amongst the most sought professions is having a business activity that needs to be properly managed, and bulding a company becomes one of many ways to make these activities run in a proper way. Bay having a company ones will understand their right and obligations according to practiced rules. It is the author’s interest to point out that in the present time where shari’ah -based business activities has started to grow many still have little understanding about a company from an Islamic point of view. For a Muslim businessman, as well as Indonesian citizens, should understand the system of enterprise not only in term of national regulation perspective but also in Islamic point of view.
