In carrying out organizational activities, the work environment is all conditions that are around workers, so that either directly or indirectly it can influence in carrying out assigned tasks. The method of collecting data in this study uses library research and field research by collecting data from a list of statements. And information that comes from books and the internet for theory making. Subdistrict Jambi Timur Kota Jambi is an arean was established on 8 November 2006 based on the regional Number 12 in 2006. Dubdistrict Jambi Timur Kota Jambi Capital City Tanjung Pinang. Based on the research results, the simple regression value is Y = 0.785 + 0.669 X, with an R value and a R2 value of 0.496. In the t test, the work environment affects the performance of employees at the Head Office of East Jambi, Jambi City with a tcount of 7.809 and a significant value of 0.000. Suggestions in this study are Jambi to pay attention to the work environment in the East Jambi Sub-district Office of Jambi City related to sound / noise. As employees of the sub-district office, we should pay attention to performance related to communication between colleagues.
This study aims to measure the influence of compensation on employee performance at PT. Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Jambi. This study also aims to determine whether the effect of compensation on performance and how much influence compensation on employee performance at PT. Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Jambi. This study uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis methods, t test, coefficient of determination, and is assisted by the SPSS 23 program. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data, and data is obtained through distributing questionnaires using the help of Google Forms as a questionnaire tool and literature study related to research. The results of simple linear regression analysis Y = 0.803 + 0.700x + e in the partial test, it was found that the Compensation value was 0.000 less than the significance level of 0.5, meaning that compensation had an effect on performance. The magnitude of the effect of compensation on performance is evidenced by the regression coefficient and the result is 0.482. From the regression coefficient analysis, the magnitude of the influence was 48.2%, while the remaining 51.8% was influenced by other variables outside of this study. And it can be concluded based on statistical tests through tcount > ttable with tcount 7.779 while ttable 1.99714, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted, there is a significant influence between the compensation variable on performance.
In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City. Data used is secondary data.The population become object in this research is employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi . The method for analysis is analysis simple regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and t_test. The object of this research is PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi. PT Angkasa PurA II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Airport in Jambi is subsidiary, which is engganged ini air transport services. The business priorities of the company are safety and comfort. Analysis on the research of respondents on score of organizational culture where indicators promoting organizational missions and motivational of higher while in teh discipline in which indicator score variables work with either is score 258 This can be interpreted as employees working in earnest. Simple regression equation model is Y = 5,295 + 0,713 X + e. Test results of ttest is tcount > ttable, in meaning the organizational culture has effect on performance employee. Conclusion, organizational culture and performance employee in good condition. So that organizational culture has effect significant to performance employee on PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha. Suggestion that head manager of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) should directly control his subordinate work directly.
specific and detailed objectives of this study are another way to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational culture and Good Corporate Governance on employee performance at K.H. Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal Jambi Hospital. The method used is quantitative research with the design of the research used is survey research for descriptive and expansive purposes. The population of 342 employees and the technique of withdrawal of samples on a non probability. The sample in this study was taken 10% of the population, resulting in a sample of 34 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) partially obtained calculations and discussions that the cultural variables of the organization (X1) had a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) where the calculation results showed a t count of 3,349 > t table of 1,697 to H0 rejected and H1 accepted and for good corporate governance variables (X2) shows there is a significant influence on employee performance (Y), obtained calculation t count of 2,067 > t table 1,697 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted , and 2) simultaneously organizational culture (X1) and good corporate governance (X2), a significant impact on employee performance (Y), obtained a calculation of F count of 7,643 > F table 3.30 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.
