This study aims to determine the influence of the intensity of instagram social media use on the morals of students. This type of research is quantitative research with research subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Sukoharjo. The independent variable (Variable X) of this study is the intensity of instagram social media use, while the dependent variable (Variable Y) is the morals of the learners. The study population was 945 respondents and a sample of 90 people. In collecting data, researchers used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 40 question items and distributed to respondents using a google form, testing the validity of the research instrument using the Aiken Validity Test and testing its reliability using the Spearman Brown Test. The scoring of question items in the questionnaire uses a likert scale of 1-4 to determine the level of intensistas of instagram social media use and student morals. The results showed that the intensity of students' Instagram social media use was high with a percentage of 52.2%. The results of the hypothesis test using a simple linear regression technique obtain a signification value smaller than the probability value (0.019 < 0.05) then the regression model can be used to predict the participation variable, the regression equation obtained is Y = 54.609 + 0.148X. and based on the value of t, it is known that the calculation is 2.381 > ttabel 1.991, so it can be concluded that variable X affects variable Y. The use of Instagram social media affects the morals of students both to positive and negative things, where the level of intensity of social media use will affect the moral and moral development of students in daily life both in terms of morals to God, morals to humans, and morals towards the environment.
Quality of Worship and Intensity of Amar Ma’ruf Nahi Munkar in Muslim Personal Religiousity Spectrum. Islam as dienullah is the most perfect religion. Islam has the practice of completely surrendering to Allah, it is the core attitude of Muslim personal riligiusitas and the realization of noble morality (mahmudah). Understanding and reintroducing Islamic teachings is one of the aspects that must be considered is the quality of worship and the importance of being in the way of marriage. This has actually been widely known by Muslims, so what is needed is how to implement and sharpen the sense of religion towards self and others so that it becomes a driver and encouragement in preaching. Da’wah can be interpreted as the process of delivering Islamic religion to mankind. In a process of da’wah it is not only a conveying endeavor, but an attempt to change the way of thinking, the way of feeling, the way of life, the human being is the target of the mission towards the better. The quality of worship and success in preaching are finally seen when behavior is a reflection of faith. So sincerity in devotion to God will be biased to the spirit of work ethic both in the realm of human relations with God and the relationship between humans and humans (hablun minallah wa hablun minannas). This is where the meeting point between the quality of worship and the spirit of preaching in the spectrum of one’s religious reality.
This study aims to determine the implementation of the Tasmi'/Talqin, Tafahum, Tikrar, and Muraja'ah (3T+1M) methods in learning to memorize the Qur'an. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this research is the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an House of Amal Syuhada Gajahan Pasar Kliwon Surakarta. With data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used to describe the research results are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the 3t + 1M method is through the planning, implementation and evaluation process by showing the results that many students have improved memorization, quality and are in accordance with the targets set by the management and the Ustadz/ustadzah.
This research wish to know the strategy for developing human resources at the Baitul Mal Forum Komunikasi Aktivis Masjid (FKAM); wish to know the implications of human resource development strategies on improving employee performance Baitul Mal FKAM. This research used qualitative descriptive to reveal facts, phenomena, and circumstances that occurred during the research and present it as it is. Subject in this study are employees at Baitul Mal FKAM in Surakarta 2022. Primary data sources are obtained from the Director, Head of HRD, Head of Program Division, Head of Fundraising Division, Head of Finance Division and Head of Marketing Communications Division. Meanwhile, secondary data sources were obtained through literature study, namely books, documents and archives that are relevant to the research topic. The results showed that HRD's strategy carried out by Baitul Mal FKAM includes several forms, That are recruitment, training that classified into internal and external training, and the strengthening motivation work. The performance of Baitul Mal employees is quite good, but there are still obstacles, so that the knowledge after participating in the training has not been fully applied to the maximum.
The independent variable (x) in this study is the level of parental education, while the dependent variable ((Variable Y) is the learning achievement of tahfidzul qur'an. The population of this study was 12 and the research sample was 12 respondents. In collecting data, the researcher used an instrument containing a questionnaire consisting of 9 question items and distributed to parents, testing the validity of the instrument using the product moment formula. The question score in the questionnaire uses a Likert scale of 1-4 to determine the level of parental education and learning achievement of tahfidzul qur'an.The results of this study indicate that the level of parental education is 71.25. The results of hypothesis testing using the r table for calculating product moment obtained a large significance of 0.837 from the empirical value between 0.800 to 1,000. The 1% significance level is 0.576 and the 5% significance level is 0.708. It turns out that empirical r is greater than r table, or in other words r o rt at a significant level of 1% and ro rt at a significant level of 5%. So it can be concluded that the variable X affects the variable Y.
