The phenomenon of urban sprawl is the expansion process of the physical appearance of the city, which generally moved outward to the suburbs through the appearance of the land being built. One of the factors of the expansion is population mobility which closely related the quality of the transportation infrastructure. The growth of urban development is influenced by the transportation system and has increased from time to time. Moreover, urban development is also influenced by the development of public bus transportation routes in Semarang City, Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Trans Semarang Bus has an influence on land development in Semarang City. The methods used for this study are spatial analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and Floor Area Ratio (FAR) analysis. The results showed that the Trans Semarang Bus routes have an impact on the change of the land's physical expansion and land prices along the service route, this is shown in the extensive development along with the road network. Overall, these findings indicate that the Trans Semarang Bus service route influenced the urban physical development due to increased accessibility on this route.
Seeing the development of increasingly advanced technology and influencing children's development, it is necessary to have a concept for parents in maintaining the nature of their children, therefore the concept of Maqashid Al-Sharia in safeguarding the child's nature, is expected to be a solution for educators, especially parents. The method used in this study is a qualitative non-interactive analytical concept method, which is a study that explains the meaning of a concept, by describing the general or important meaning, different meanings, and usage according to the concept. Researchers also explained the nature of the Al-shariah maqashid, namely to realize the benefit in the world and the hereafter. While the benefits based on the level of needs are divided into three categories, namely; dharuriyyat (primary benefit), hajiyyat (secondary benefit) and tahsiniyyat (tertiary benefit). The primary types of children are classified into eight types, eight of them are the nature of the faith, the nature of learning and reasoning, the nature of talent and leadership, the nature of development, the nature of sexuality and love, the nature of aesthetics and language, the nature of individuality and sociality, the nature of physical (physical and sensory). In this study, it will be linked between maqashid Al-sharia with the nature of children. Then the researchers form the concepts created in the form of tables and charts, which will be known estuaries from the concept, which all lead to parents.
Seeing the rise of understanding of religion in the name of Islam, even though Islam is free from that understanding. One example is the understanding of radicalism which has influenced many children or adolescents, and one of the causes of the development of understanding of radicalism is the understanding of Islam which is wrongly implanted in children. Therefore, through this research, it is expected to know how to educate and instill a true understanding of religion in children, which results in emotional intelligence for children and can be a solution for education and even for national security. The method used in this study is a non-interactive qualitative research with analytical concepts. Then, the researcher discusses how to instill Islamic religion, namely by instilling faith education, worship and morals in children. In discussing religious understanding, the result that will be obtained is the belief about the true religion and that belief will foster a sense of being constantly monitored by Allah Ta'ala, thus making sincere worship of God and producing noble morals, for practicing what is contained in the Qur'an 'an and hadith of the Prophet sallallaahuAlaihiwaSallam. The emotional intelligence, according to experts, produces ten aspects, namely; understanding one's own feelings, being able to express themselves, responsibilities and persevering, understanding themselves, controlling themselves and motivating themselves, feeling themselves, perceiving self emotion, inner feelings, ability to feel self, and finally communication maturity. Then, those aspects can be linked to the method of instilling the understanding of Islam, it is then created the concept of understanding of Islam towards children's emotional intelligence, all of which produce things that are desired in a child's emotional intelligence.
Each company must have an effort to develop and increase sales to achieve the target. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional branding and brand trust on customer loyalty to Lion Air Airlines. Customers who have used this airline more than once will be involved in this research. Samples were taken from 65 respondents using the non-probability sampling method as a method for taking samples and purposive sampling techniques for taking samples. This study also uses the PLS (PartialLeastlSquare) technique as a research data analysis technique. In this study, primary data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The results obtained from this study emotional branding and brand trust have a positive effect on customer loyalty to Lion Air airline.
Melihat maraknya pemahaman agama yang mengatasnamakan Islam, padahal Islam berlepas diri dari pemahaman tersebut. Salah satu contohnya adalah pemahaman radikalisme yang telah banyak mempengaruhi anak-anak atau remaja, dan salah satu sebab pendorong berkembangnya pemahaman radikalisme adalah pemahaman agama Islam yang salah ditanamkan pada anak. Oleh karena itu melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat diketahui cara mendidik dan menanamkan pemahaman agama yang benar pada anak, yang membuahkan kecerdasan emosi bagi anak serta dapat menjadi solusi bagi pendidikan bahkan untuk keamanan negara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif non interaktif secara analitical concept. Kemudian peneliti membahas cara menanamkan pemahaman agama Islam, yaitu dengan menanamkan pendidikan akidah, ibadah dan akhlak pada anak. Dalam pembahasan pemahaman agama, hasil yang akan didapatkan adalah keyakinan tentang agama yang benar dan keyakinan tersebut akan menumbuhkan rasa selalu di awasi oleh Allah Ta’ala, sehingga menjadikan ibadah ikhlas kepada Allah dan membuahkan akhlak yang mulia; karena mengamalkan apa yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an dan hadis Nabi Shalallahu Alaihi wa Sallam. Adapun Kecerdasan emosional menurut para ahli menghasilkan sepuluh aspek yaitu; memahami perasaan sendiri, mampu mengekspresikan diri, tanggung jawab dan tekun, memahami diri sendiri, pengendalian diri dan memotivasi diri, perasaan diri, mempersepsi emosi diri, perasaan batin, kemampuan merasa diri, dan terakhir kematangan komunikasi. Kemudian dari kesepuluh aspek tersebut dapat dihubungkan dengan metode menanamkan pemahaman agama Islam, selanjutnya dibuat konsep pemahaman agama Islam terhadap kecerdasan emosional anak, yang semuanya menghasilkan hal-hal yang diinginkan pada kecerdasan emosional anak.
