Subak Babakan Bayu is a social institution that is in the midst of growth in Bali’s tourism industry, but Subak Babakan Bayu is able to maintain its existence as an executor of ritual activities, irrigation water management, buffering food security, environmental preservation and culture in a sustainable manner. The purpose of this research is to understand the organizational system of Subak Babakan Bayu. This research is a qualitative study using an ethnographic approach. The research location was in Sangkaragung Village, Jembrana District, Jembrana Regency, Bali. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of determining the subject of research using purposive sampling and using data analysis techniques include domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, compound analysis, and cultural theme analysis. The theory used is the social system theory from Niklass Luhmann and the new institutional theory (new institutional theory) from William Richard Scott. The results of this study indicate that the organizational system of the Subak Babakan Bayu organization has three basic elements that make the subak institution strong, namely the regulatory system including awig-awig, and perarem. The normative system is the norm of responsibility and justice, and the cognitive cultural system that includes beliefs, traditions and rituals. In its implementation, there are some obstacles but the social system is able to heal itself so that Subak Babakan Bayu still exists.

The research method used is qualitative, with a descriptive type of research. Descriptive is a type of qualitative research that describes problems that exist in society. The technique of determining the subject using purposive sampling. The analysis in this study uses Herbert Marcuse's theory of one dimension man and technological rationality. The findings of this study are the existence of a fictional restaurant by applying the mafia work system to take Grab promos with a crime system in the digitalization world. A fictional restaurant is a crime because stealing a Grab promo that is not carried out based on the system recommended by Grab. In fact, a fictitious order can be a profitable business between 3 parties. A number of drivers admit that the practice of fictitious orders is often deliberately carried out by the restaurant. According to them, Grab is not disadvantaged because the restaurant still does not pay taxes and sales traffic is high. Suggestions for the next writer related to this research are to focus on Grab bike drivers who often receive fictitious orders both in terms of receiving passenger orders, express and food delivery.
Muhammad hayatThis research entitled Giant Tempeh Festival: Between subject and given subject was done in Tlogorejo district Bumiaji village, Batu City. “Subject” or term “subject awareness” means Tlogorejo Society grow and develop in their awareness of the power of values which they have produced so far. Meanwhile, term “given subject” means that there is intervention of other values which are more dominant to influence society’s daily attitude. Those other values tend to eliminate society’s original values.This research uses qualitative approach with descrptive model. It employs the theory of subject by Slavoj Zizek. This theory point out that subject grows and develops in the daily awareness of society. The result of this research shows that subject emerges in local values which are represented as manifestation of corn rice as embeddedness. There is embeddedness whice can unite society in their daily attitude based on attitude norms in their knowledge. Further more, Giant Tempeh Festival is also process of learning about atificial thing. It means festival is a sign of image of something with material sense which slowly interferes and eliminates the local awareness on local knowledge. Finally the subject begins to move to something which is so artificial.
