Green nanotechnology facilitates the blooming of zinc
oxide (ZnO)
and silver (Ag) nanoparticles (NPs) with distinct flowerlike and spherical
morphologies, respectively. The well-characterized NPs with an average
size of 35 nm (ZnO) and 25 nm (Ag) were functionalized on the cresty
plates for antibacterial inhibition against
Staphylococcus
aureus
and
Pseudomonas aeruginosa
, with the flowerlike ZnONPs exhibiting 90.9% inhibition and AgNPs
exhibiting 100% inhibition. Further, the in vivo underwater troughs
for hematological, immunological, and serological analysis in
Labeo rohita
exhibited 102 > 575 > 104 and
206 >
109 > 81% at concentrations of 1, 2, and 3 mg/L with 4-day and
15-day
treatment, respectively, over ZnONPs. However, AgNPs exhibited 257
> 408 > 124 and 86 > 202 > 43% with 4-day and 15-day treatment,
respectively,
at the same concentrations. The classical ZnNPs and AgNPs exhibited
excellent inhibition potential and significant transfiguration of
hematological, enzymological, and protein parameters as safe nanomedicine,
but ZnONPs were found to be 58, 69, 29 and 34, 51, 70% more active
than AgNPs with 4-day and 15-day treatment, respectively. Therefore,
the onset of ROX and antioxidant arena favors beneficial cellular
drifting of NPs.
In this digital era, the innovative performance of any industry is vital. The main objective of this research is to investigate the effect of technological, organizational and customer competencies on the innovative performance of the IT industry (Software Houses) in Pakistan. Organizational Management Competency of 287 responses was collected through a questionnaire from Software houses of Pakistan. The Smart PLS has used to analyze the data and draw the results. Technological, organizational and customer competencies found their positive and significant relationship with the innovative performance of software houses in Pakistan. Moreover, the mediating role of R&D is found between organizational management competency, customer competency, and innovative performance. However, the findings of the current study suggest that software houses should focus on the allocations of their resources to enhance their technology capabilities, which allow them to remain flexible in business conditions that are always shifting.
Decision making is one of the primary functions of management. Making strategic decisions are important to achieve organisational efficiency and effectiveness. In the selection of projects, it is necessary for organisations to prioritise their projects due to limited resources. Therefore, the selection of projects that bring value and substantial impact on the organisation is very important to ensure that they can compete in the dynamic external environment and meet the goals and objectives. From the case study, the result suggests that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can contribute significantly to the identification of sources that need further clarification of attributes and criteria and at the same time it can provide a systematic analytical tool in making a group decision. This method allows the organisation to prioritize its projects based on certain criteria as it is a quantitative decision support tool. In conclusion, AHP is the best and efficient method for decision makers to consider all facts, weigh the pluses and minuses, reach, reevaluate and communicate their decisions.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
