This study aims to determine; (1) the working environment conditions at PT Sriwijaya Sumatera Selatan; (2) employee performance at PT Sriwijaya Sumatera Selatan; and (3) is there a significant effect between the work environment on the performance of employees at PT Sriwijaya Sumatera Selatan. This research is quantitative research using regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sriwijaya Sumatera Selatan, totalling 10 employees. Sampling with totalling sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has 5 alternative answers. The instrument validity test uses item analysis and is calculated using the product moment formula, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha formula. Prerequisites for analysis include a normality test and a linearity test. Next, test the hypothesis using simple regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the work environment and employee performance at PT Sriwijaya Sumatera Selatan with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.643 and a coefficient of determination of 0.413. This means that 41.3% of employee performance at PT Sriwijaya Sumatera Selatan is influenced by the work environment, while the other 58.7% is determined by other variables not explained in the study.
Vocational tertiary institutions are responsible for equipping students with values according to the needs of the world of work and industry. In order to be able to work according to the needs of the world of work, in addition to mastering hard skills, also learning soft skills, at the higher education level in character building it is necessary to provide adequate knowledge and education through student organizations. understand the campus program and environment and become a separate motivation for developing human resource/student competencies. This Community Service activity occurred at the People's Struggle Student Council Pondok. This educational activity was held on 12-13 November 2022. The target audience for this community service activity was active students of the organization. The results obtained are that it is known that there are still those who do not know about organizational leadership and management evaluation through pretest and posttest. The implementation of educational activities related to organizational leadership and management adds to students' knowledge regarding organizational leadership and management.
Sumber daya manusia memegang peran penting dalam sebuah perusahaan, sebab faktor manusia (karyawan) merupakan penggerak utama disetiap kegiatan yang ada didalam perusahaan, karena karyawan yang melakukan kegiatan perusahaan mulai dari merencanakan, melaksanakan, hingga mengendalikan setiap kegiatan dan aktivitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Wilmar Food Jambi. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Wilmar Food Jambi. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel 18 responden Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistic deskriptif dengan menggunakan skor nilai, presentase, dan tabel.Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapat kesimpulan bahwa upah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari rata-rata persentase pada variabel upah sebanyak 85 % respon positif dan pada variabel kinerja karyawan sebanyak 97 % respon positif yang diberikan responden. Hal ini menunjukkan Semakin baik tingkat pemberian upah oleh perusahaan, maka semakin baik pula tingkat kinerja karyawan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
