Mahar yang diserahkan pihak keluarga calon mempelai laki-laki pada hari akad nikah di sebagian komunitas masyarakat Aceh dikuasai sepenuhnya oleh pihak keluarga (orangtua) mempelai perempuan dan digunakan sebagai bekal berbelanja untuk keperluan mempelai perempuan itu sendiri. Penggunaan mahar atau mas kawin sebagai bekal untuk berbelanja keperluan-keperluan tersebut biasanya tanpa sepengetahuan mempelai perempuan. Setelah menganalisis berbagai macam sumber, penulis berkesimpulan bahwa masyarakat Aceh sangat menghormati adat istiadat yang sudah mengakar dalam sendi-sendi kehidupan. Adat yang dapat dipertahankan sebagai suatu bagian dari produk hukum adalah yang tidak bertentangan dengan hukum syariat. Selanjutnya, menurut pandangan ulama-ulama mazhab, seorang ayah atau wali lainnya tidak boleh menguasai mahar putrinya atau mahar mempelai perempuan yang dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan atau kepentingan apapun, kecuali menurut ulama mazhab Maliki dan Hanbali. Dasar filosofi mereka masing-masing adalah ayat Alquran dan hadis-hadis Rasulullah saw. Berdasarkan teori ‘urf, kebiasaan (adat) yang berlaku pada sebagian masyarakat Aceh dalam hal penguasaan mahar oleh orangtua atau keluarga dengan memanfaatkannya untuk berbelanja kebutuhan resepsi pernikahan termasuk ke dalam kategori ‘urf khas. Kemudian ‘urf khas tersebut termasuk dalam kategori ‘urf fasid (‘urf batal) karena bertentangan dengan ketentuan hukum syariat sebagaimana yang telah ditetapkan oleh ulama-ulama fiqh dalam berbagai mazhab, kecuali dalam mazhab Maliki dan Hanbali.
Eggshells are household waste often found in Pitumpidange Village and thrown away by the community. Eggshells consist of 94% CaCO3, 1% MgCO3, and 1% Ca3PO and the remaining 4% is organic matter which can be processed into environmentally friendly toothpaste. Apart from eggshells, another natural ingredient in toothpaste is betel leaf. It contains essential oils, catechins, and tannins which are polyphenol compounds and can act as an antiseptic and prevent the biological activity of caries-causing bacteria such as Streptococcus Mutants. The purpose of this Community Service is to overcome partners' problems, namely the accumulation of eggshell waste which is a crucial problem at the Karang Taruna Group in Pitumpidange Village. The program also increases the empowerment of partners through the manufacture of environmentally friendly toothpaste by utilizing the village's potential in the form of eggshells and betel leaves. Ten people are participating in this program. The community service implementation method consists of three main stages: counseling, training, and mentoring. A questionnaire containing statements about the partner's knowledge and skills after the program was implemented used to find out the partner's response to the program. The results of the community service activities show that the partners of the Karang Taruna group in Pitumpidange Village can process eggshells combined with betel leaves into environmentally friendly toothpaste. Therefore, this community service supports the implementation of village SDG goals and supports Indonesia in the G20 group (Group of Twenty) in utilizing the natural surroundings through green innovation.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh metode resitasi terhadap hasil belajar matematika, 2) pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika, 3) pengaruh interaksi antara metode resitasi dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas V SD Islam Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 di Kecamatan Cikarang Pusat Kabupaten Bekasi yang terakreditasi “A”. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di Kelas V SDIT Al-Kautsar, di mana Kelas VB sebagai kelas eksperimen dan Kelas VC sebagai kelas kontrol. Variabel bebas perlakuan adalah metode resitasi dan metode ekspositori. Kemandirian belajar sebagai variabel bebas moderator. Hasil belajar matematika sebagai variabel terikat. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari lembar pengamatan metode resitasi dan metode ekspositori, kuesioner kemandirian belajar, dan tes hasil belajar matematika. Analisa data menggunakan uji-F dan uji-t dengan teknik ANOVA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) tidak ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan metode resitasi terhadap hasil be-lajar matematika, 2) pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 0,2% dengan persamaan regresi Y = 73 + 0,2X3, 3) tidak ditemukan pengaruh interaksi yang signifikan antara metode resitasi dan metode ekspositori dan keman-dirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika. The research population was all fifth grade Islamic elementary school students for the 2018/2019 academic year in Kecamatan Cikarang Pusat, Kabupaten Bekasi, which was accredited "A". Sampling using purposive sampling. The study was conducted in Class V SDIT Al-Kautsar, where Class VB was the experimental class and Class VC was the control class. The independent variables of treatment were the recitation method and the expository method. Learning independence as a moderator independent variable. Mathematics learning outcomes as the dependent variable. The research instrument consisted of an observation sheet for the recitation method and the expository method, a learning independence questionnaire, and a mathematics learning outcome test. Data analysis used F-test and t-test with ANOVA technique. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that 1) there was no significant effect of the recitation method on mathematics learning outcomes, 2) the influence of independent learning on mathematics learning outcomes was 0.2% with the regression equation Y = 73 + 0.2X3, 3) no effect was found. significant interaction between the recitation method and the expository method and independent learning on mathematics learning outcomes.Keywords: recitation, learning outcomes, independent learning
The glory of Aceh Darussalam Kingdom in the past cannot be separated from the complete application of Islamic Sharia (kāffah) as the way of life in Aceh. Reflecting the historical past, the implementation of Sharia in Aceh in the present context is absolutely necessary. However, today's enforcement must refer to the three foundations, namely judicial, sociological, and philosophical. The most fundamental of juridical basis is the Constitution of 1945 (UUD 1945) Chapter XI on Religion and paragraph 2 of Article 29, new amendment of Article 18A paragraph 1 and Article 18B paragraph 1. The implementing of Sharia law in Aceh began with the birth law No. 44/1999 regarding the Implementation Features Special of Aceh Province, then refined by law No. 18/2001 on Special Autonomy for Aceh Province as Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam province. Then it is continued by the Law Number 11/2006 on the Governing of Aceh (UUPA). The sociological ground is majority Muslim of Acehnese can receive all the products based on Islamic Sharia law. The philosophical foundation, Islamic law, should be enforced based on the Qur'an and Hadith recommended preserving religion, life, property, lineage, and resourceful.
