Sumber data primer diambil dari buku Innovations in Educational Psychology: Perspectives on Learning, Teaching, and Human Development, karya Sternberg dan Preiss. Eduinnova methodology: Collaborative learning integrated with technology to improve student activity and interaction in online learningAbstractThis study examines educational innovations that integrate technology in collaborative learning with the division of small groups known as the Eduinnova methodology. The purpose of this study is to add to the discourse of educational innovation integrated with technology to bridge collaborative learning problems to improve student social interaction with friends and the environment without eliminating the elements of student cognitive or pedagogical learning. The learning analysis is then integrated with online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative research. Researchers took data from books and other literature using library research techniques. Primary data sources were taken from the book Innovations in Educational Psychology: Perspectives on Learning, Teaching, and Human Development, by Sternberg and Preiss. The result of this research is the similarity of learning with the Eduinnova methodology with online learning in terms of using portable technology as a learning medium. The application of the Eduinnova methodology in online learning is to use zoom media meetings or google meet instead of face-to-face in class to face-to-face in online media. This is done to monitor student interaction learning.
The times are increasingly demanding more competition in the realm of work which requires the role of women to take part in the competition. The development of the times also has implications for increasing gender equality between men and women and improving the status of career women has spread evenly to the rural corner to help the family economy. This phenomenon makes modern Islamic thinkers try hard to explore legal products that support gender equality, including legal products on contextual interpretations in the form of equalizing the inheritance between men and women. However, these regulations are considered contrary to the rules of the larger in the Islamic Shari'a, which is the argument of the texts of the Koran on the male part and female 2:1. The results showed that the male and female heirs could not be equalized, but instead remained on the rule of 2:1. The results of this study are based on a historical study of the increase in the existence of women who had existed during the revelation, the general provisions in the Shari'a regarding the inheritance of men and women 2:1, and the continuing obligation to provide for the livelihoods charged to men following the nature of their creation. An alternative that allows applying the product of the contextual interpretation of the equalization of the assets of men and women is the distribution of the property of the gono-gini which is shared equally between husband and wife, and then the inheritance of the deceased person to the heirs according to their share.
The translation is a cognitive activity, while humans, as cognitive subjects, have different ways of thinking. This condition has implications for the difference in translation results; infrequently, the translation results need to be clarified for the reader. Therefore, an investigation into the problems of learning Arabic needs to be carried out to minimize the emergence of a generation of incompetent Arabic translators. This study aims to investigate the psychological dynamics that occur in a person to cause differences in the way of thinking in Arabic translation. This research is qualitative research using a multi-case approach. The research subjects consisted of 10 Nurul Ummah students as a single-case analysis and 4 LSQ Ar-Rohmah students as a cross-case analysis. The data collection technique used interviews and documentation to assess translated results by expert Arab-Indo translators. Data processing to data visualization implemented NVivo 12 Plus analyzing the suitability of patterns between single and cross-case cases by synchronizing interview transcription results and translated values. The results of the data analysis found several problems that caused differences in the way of thinking of participants in Arabic translation. First, the difference in the weak structural representation of nahwu-shorof due to the difference in the age of knowledge acquisition, the number of activities participated in by participants, and the selection of the priority scale of selected activities; second, differences in inferential planning accuracy due to differences in participant habituation in Arabic translation.
