The problem in this study is how the implementation of the political communication in the establishment of local standards to eradicate illiteracy Qur’an. The location of the study is at the Office of Parliamentary Inquiry Kendari. Theory used in this study is Communication Group Theory which is more determined by Lasswell Formula. This study used informants up to five people with informant’s determination technique using purposive sampling (on purpose). Data obtained from this study were analyzed through qualitative descriptive technique. The result of this study indicates that the implementation of political communication in overcoming of illiteracy Qur’an is divided into four stages of the hearing, a series of meetings of the Special Committee, plenum and a plenary session. The four stages of the process of this meeting cannot be separated from the name of political communication, in which there is a communicator, communicant, themes sage delivered and t he channel used for the fourth process is going well.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jaringan komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh elit politik dalam revitalisasi nilai – nilai budaya kesultanan Buton sarapataanguna di masyarakat agraris kabupaten Buton. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini adalah: Bupati, anggota DPR, penyuluh dinas pertanian, Kepala Dinas Pariwisata, Kepala Seksi Kebudayaan dan Cagar Alam, Tokoh Adat, Tokoh Sejarah, Tokoh Pemuda, Petani dan Akademisi yang ditetapkan secara purposive dengan menetapkan sampel wilayah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan studi dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data dilakukan, sebelum dilapangan, selama dilapangan, dan selesai dilapangan melalui domain analysis dan taxsonomi analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, tersebarnya tranformasi nilai – nilai budaya sarapataanguna dimasyarakat dilakukan oleh elit politk melalui jaringan linkaran yang ada di lembaga formal dan non formal serta jaringan keluarga melalui komunikasi antar persona, komunikasi kelompok, dan komunikasi massa.
Tulisan ini menjelaskan bagaimana politik uang dan politik etnis bekerja, apa yang lebih berpengaruh ketika keduanya diperhadapkan. Dengan mengambil konteks Pilkada Serentak 2017 yang berlangsung di Kota Kendari, tulisan ini menemukan politik etnis dan politik uang digunakan oleh para kontestan Pilkada untuk meraih dukungan pemilih. Namun demikian, politik etnis mengalami kekalahan atau gagal dalam menjaga loyalitas pemilih, ketika diperhadapkan dengan politik uang yang didesain secara rapi, masif, tepat sasaran, terstruktur, serta didukung oleh tim yang solid dan militan.Kata kunci: politik uang, politik etnis, pilkada.
This paper aims to describe the practice of political primordialism after the reform era in Indonesia. The method used in this paper is library analysis (reseaach library). Data analysis was performed based on secondary data collected from books, scientific journals and research reports. This paper finds that political primordialism is depicted very strongly in the electoral political competition in postreform Indonesia. The local elections that took place in the reform era were increasingly colored by the priority of native sons, the removal of immigrant nations, religious and ethnic minorities. In the 2019 Presidential Election, political primordialism became a selling point for politicians to win the battle that almost broke the defense of Indonesian unity. This paper concludes, strengthening primordialism in politics distorts democratic principles and poses a threat to the integrity of the nation state.
