ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan (X 1 ),kekuatan otot tungkai (X 2 ) dengan prestasi Renang gaya kupu-kupu 50 Meter (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi dengan tujuan menghubungkan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan pengukuran, teknik analisa data menggunakan statistik korelasi product moment dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil analisa korelasi antara Kekuatan otot lengan (X 1 ) dengan prestasi Renang (Y) di peroleh sebesar 0,012 dan pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 0,301 Hasil analisa korelasi antara kekuatan otot tungkai (X 2 ) dengan prestasi Renang gaya kupu-kupu (Y) diperoleh sebesar 0,051dan pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 0,301. Sedangkan analisis korelasi bersama-sama antara kekuatan otot lengan (X 1 ) = 0,012 pada taraf singnifikan 5% (0,301) dan kekuatan otot tungkai (X 2 ) = 0,051dengan prestasi renang gaya kupu-kupu 50 Meter (Y) diperoleh sebesar (7,27) dan pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar (0,301) . ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the relationship between arm muscle strength (X1), leg muscle strength (X2) with the achievement of 50 Meter Butterfly Pool (Y). This research is a correlation research with the aim of connecting between independent variable and dependent variable. Technique of collecting data using test and measurement techniques, data analysis techniques using product moment correlation statistics with a significant level of 5%. The result of correlation analysis between arm muscle strength (X1) with achievement of Pool (Y) was obtained by r_hitung equal to 0,012 and r_tabel at 5% significant level 0,301 Result of correlation analysis between leg muscle strength (X2) with Achievement of Butterfly Pool (Y) obtained r_hitung equal to 0,051 and r_tabelpada significant level 5% equal to 0,301. While the correlation analysis together between arm muscle strength (X1) = 0.012 on a significant level of 5% r_table (0.301) and leg muscle strength (X2) = 0.051 with the 50 meter butterfly pool achievement (Y) obtained by F_count of ( 7.27) and F_tabel at a significant level of 5% of (0.301) Keywords: Muscle Sleeve Strength, Limb Muscle Strength, and 50 Meter Breaststroke Achievement.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeahui korelasi antara oksigen dalam darah (X), VO2 Max (Y) pada pemain KU-13 SSB Unibraw 82’ Malang. Dimana saturasi oksigen dengan volume oksigen maksimal memiliki keterkaitan dalam kegiatan olahraga sepak bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi dengan tujuan menghubungkan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah terdiri dari 18 pemain KU-13 SSB Unibraw 82’ Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes yang terdiri dari yo-yo intermittent recovery test untuk VO2 Max dan Pulse Oximeter untuk memonitoring saturasi oksigen (SpO2), teknik analisa data menggunakan statistik korelasi product moment correlation dengan pada taraf signifikan 5%
Olahraga sepakbola merupakan olahraga yang sangat digemari di seluruh dunia. Hampir setiap negara memiliki liga sepak bola yang kompetitif. Tujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi panjang langkah terhadap kecepatan maksimal pada pemain Persis Solo tahun 2022. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti ini merupakan data sekunder dimana data ini telah diambil oleh tim ahli fisik dan analis dari klub Persis Solo sendiri. Hasil uji statistik dari pengelolaan data yang diperoleh mean dan standar deviasi dari mean atau rata-rata dan standar deviasi diteliti maka untuk variabel panjang langkah dengan mean 3,147167 cm dan standar deviasi 0,329438. Sedangkan mean dan standar deviasi diteliti maka untuk kecepatan maksimal dengan mean 21,57778 km/ jam dan standar deviasi 2,578088. Dan uji Koefisien korelasi antara panjang langkah dan kecepatan maksimal di peroleh hipotesis alternatif (Ha) ada hubungan antara panjang langkah dengan kecepatan maksimal dapat diterima, jadi antara variable panjang langkah dengan kecepatan maksimal ada hubungan yang signifikan.
This handball game requires excellent physical ability, where the physical ability of the handball players in order to be able to play optimally in matches. The research objective is to conduct data surveys and analyze physical conditions using measuring instruments that follow Indonesia's geographical conditions. The research conducted is analytical research through a quantitative descriptive approach. The research instrument used in this study was a test of running speed, agility, and oxygen saturation. Ten test items have excellent categories: running speed of 91.4%, Agility of 89.5%, and Oxygen Saturation of 99.4% in the Malang men's handball team. In the poor women's handball team, three test items had excellent categories at 84.9% running speed, 99% Agility, and 99.6% Oxygen Saturation. As a measure of the ability of each player according to Sport Science. The results of this study can be used as a reference for players and coaches in following up on programs that will be made according to the needs of players with the results of data obtained from sports tests and measurements.
One of the components of physical fitness includes calculating height and weight which are converted into body mass index (BMI) units. This method can determine the classification of body weight. Body mass index (BMI) numbers are used to indicate weight categories. Our body activities are inseparable from the role of our lower limbs. The base of the lower movement is the hip or pelvis. This research method uses correlation. In statistics, the term "correlation" is defined as the relationship and degree of relationship between two or more variables. The existence of a relationship and the level of this variable is important because by knowing the level of the existing relationship, the researcher will be able to develop it according to the research objectives. The researcher took the entire population as a sample, which consisted of 25 male soccer athletes from Sabah FC. data in the form of BMI test scores and concentric type muscle endurance, the scores were compiled, processed and analyzed for their significance using SPSS. The Pearson Correlation Test aims to determine the level of closeness of the relationship between variables stated by the correlation coefficient. From the results of the data above, it is known that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. So, it can be said that the two variables are related or correlated. So that it can be interpreted that the two variables of BMI and concentric muscle endurance have a significant relationship with the performance of Sabah FC soccer athletes. It is proven that r count is greater than r table.
