Transformers are one of the important electrical equipment in the power system. To prevent some electrical contact on the component in transformers, an insulator or dielectric material is needed likely insulating oil. DGA test is important for diagnosis and deciding the maintenance of transformers. Duval Triangle and Duval Pentagon methods are DGA identification methods with the highest of accuracy compared to other methods. The data used in this article is from the DGA measurement test of transformers GT 3.1 Steam and Gas Power Plant Grati. The DGA data was analyzed by Random Forest based-model of Duval Triangle and Pentagon method, in accordance to IEEE C57.104-2019 and IEC 60599-2015 guidelines. Random Forest based-model has the best performance in implemented Duval method than others. The result of DGA identification using Random Forest based-model showed PD and S for Duval Triangle, and S for Duval Pentagon and from the results of identification using the Duval Triangle and Pentagon it does not always show the same results on the same test sample, so it is necessary to identify the history of DGA testing to get accurate results. This article presents the use of the combined Duval Triangle and Pentagon for diagnosis transformers.
Pendahuluan: Gold standart akses pembuluh darah yang digunakan yaitu arteriovenous fistula (AVF). Akses arteriovenous fistula (AVF) pada pasien hemodialisis dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup karena penusukan pada akses AFV dilakukan saat awal prosedur hemodialisis. Selain itu, penusukan akses AFV dilakukan setiap pasien menjalani hemodialisis, sehingga dalam kurun waktu satu tahun pasien dapat mengalami lebih dari 100 kali. Saat ini terdapat banyak intervensi yang digunakan untuk mengurangi nyeri saat penusukan akses AVF, salah satunya yaitu akupresur. Akupresur merupakan intervensi non-farmakologi dan intervensi mandiri perawat untuk mengatasi nyeri saat penusukan akses AFV. Tujuan dari literature review ini untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang dapat digunakan sebagai Evidance Based Nursing dalam mengurangi nyeri penusukan akses arteriovenous fistula (AFV). Metode: Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan terhadap tiga jurnal penelitian tentang akupresur untuk mengurangi nyeri pada penusukan akses arteriovena pasien hemodialisis. Selain itu, jurnal yang didapatkan dilakukan proses critical appraisal dan perhitungan nilai kemaknaan klinis. Critical Appraisal dilakukan sesuai dengan desai penelitian pada jurnal. Kemaknaan klinis dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai Size Effect yang kemudian dikonversi menjadi nilai Number Need to Treat. Hasil: Terdapat satu jurnal yang memiliki hasil Critical Apprasisal dan kemaknaan klinis yang baik sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu Evidance Based Nursing (EBN) dalam pelayanan klinis. Semua literatur yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa terapi akupresur pada titik tertentu dapat mengurangi nyeri penusukan akses arteriovena. Hasil jurnal yang didapatkan juga menunjukkan terdapat penurunan skor nyeri setelah diberikan terapi akupresur pada titik tertentu. Kesimpulan: Akupresur pada titih tertentu, terutama pada titik Hugo sangat berpengaruh pada proses penurunan nyeri penusukan akses arteriovenous fistula (AFV). Mekanisme akupresur yaitu berperan dalam mencegah transfer rangsangan akut dan meningkatkan tingkat endorfin dalam darah, sehingga menyebabkan penghilang rasa sakit sehingga nyeri berkurang
Utilities rely on the various Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) interpretation methods to identify incipient fault within power transformers. However, confusion often arises due to the use of different DGA methods which can have different results or fail to detect mixture of faults (multiple faults). This paper implements the combination of Duval Triangle and Duval Pentagon as one of the most consistent methods to do fault identification based on DGA. Recent historical DGA data of generator step up high voltage power transformers and other several previously published historical data were collected and analyzed. This article aims to assist transformer asset manager in detecting mixture of faults using multi method. The use of combined Duval triangle and Pentagon method is done in accordance to the guideline in IEEE C57.104-2019.
