The empowered community is a strong capital in developing the national economy; the government, as the manager of the State, should maximize the village-owned enterprises (called Bumdes), especially the farming community in the villages. This paper aims to find out the role of the Bumdes in empowering the farming community. The results showed that the role of Bumdes was not good enough and had a direct influence on the weakness of community empowerment activities in the village

This study aims to determine the implementation of government policies on the discipline of the state civil apparatus at the Village Office in Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 23 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 for windows program and Likert Scale. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was obtained a recapitulation of the variables of government policy implementation, measured through indicators of the right policy, right implementer, right target, right environment, and right process, 41% included in the "good enough" category. The recapitulation of the discipline variable of the state civil apparatus is measured by indicators of time discipline, regulatory discipline, and responsibility discipline, 33% of which are included in the "less good" category. Based on the results of the processed simple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 for windows, with the Summary Model obtained a value of 41% in the "good enough" category.

Impact or influence of siri marriage on government administration in Maiwa district, Enrekang Regency ". The research aims 1) To find out the siri marriage in Maiwa district 2) To find out government administration in Maiwa district 3) To find out the influence or impact of siri marriage on government administration in Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative research with frequency table analysis techniques to determine the condition of independent and dependent variables namely siri marriage as a variable "X" and government administration as a variable "Y", while to know associative variables using Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the siri marriage in Maiwa District was caused by adultery, divorce, polygamy and the number recorded in the last 3 years was 42 couples.--- 172Based on the tabulation of the frequency of government administration implementation in Maiwa district of 63.1; adultery, divorce marriage and polygamy have an influence on siri marriage at 69.8 percent while the influence of siri marriage on government administration using regression analysis is then processed using spss version 20.00 obtained R 2 or R square values from the summary table of 0.235 or 23.5 Siri marriage has an effect on government administration in Maiwa district, Enrekang Regency. While 76.5 percent is caused by other factors not examined.

Digital-based government has become an interesting issue when the expectations of the 2019 presidential and vice presidential elections, both the 01 Jokowi-Ma’ruf and 02 Prabowo-Sandi pair have the same passion for carrying out digital-based government programs. The presence of digital government should not only be selling campaigns, but must be able to be present in the midst of society by encouraging the application of Information, communication and technology (hereinafter abbreviated as ICT) in various public services, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The rapid development of technology has changed the paradigm of public service and governance, from being hierarchical to open and flexible, so that it has an impact on organizational culture and the acceleration of bureaucratic transformation in government. This study aims to find out how ICT plays a role in building organizational culture, making organizational structures, formulating regional policy visions and their influence on bureaucratic transformation, and also aims to look at the factors that influence indicators and bureaucratic transformation. The results showed that the application of ICT in the government of Sidenreng Rappang Regency had a real and significant effect on organizational culture and organizational structure only while vision and policies had not yet been influential but together had an impact on the acceleration of the bureaucratic transformation process. The dominant factor that affects is project-shaped activities, where structural officials have high responsiveness so that they can have a positive influence on bureaucratic transformation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan; 1) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Enrekang. Lokasi penelitian pada Kantor Sekertari Daerah Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada selama 2 bulan. Populasi diambil dari seluruh pegawai di Kantor Sekertariat Daerah Kabupaten Enrekang yang berjumlah 180 orang dan ditemukan sampel sebesar 64 orang. Dan tekhnik pengumpulan datanya adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Tekhnik analisis datanya yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bantuan program SPSS.
