Workplace deviance behaviors are a negative fact that damages people who working within them and organizations without sound. This particular study is on finding out the Impact of Workplace Deviance Behaviors on Turnover Intentions of Employees in Pakistan. For this purpose researcher conduct a one short study that examine a sample of 110 employees from private and governmental organizations from Lahore, Pakistan. Our research help to people who want to know about Workplace Deviance and its consequences, and corrective measures of this behavior. For analysis purpose researcher used descriptive, frequency and correlation analysis. Result shows that most of people in Pakistan thing to leave an organization/ current job with offering new one. Turnover Intentions has positive and significant relationship with Political Deviance, Personal Deviance, and Production Deviance but Turnover Intentions has insignificant relationship with Property Deviance.
The study tests the relationship among stock markets of selected developed countries and Pakistan stock market for 12 years from the period Jan. 1994 to Dec. 2016. The objective of this research is to analyze the long-run relationship of stock markets of USA, Japan, and Australia with Pakistan stock market. Researcher includes KSE 100 Index as dependent variable and S&P 500, ASX 200, and Nikkei 225 as independent variable for this particular study and applies Augmented Dickey-Fuller Test (ADFT), Co integration test, OLS regression and VECM test on secondary data of weekly index prices with total observation of 1200 to find out long run and causal relation between selected variables. Results of models indicate that models are valid and are applicable in the stock markets of selected countries. By applying these tests researchers conclude that all independent and dependent variables have a positive and significant relationship during the proposed period of this particular study.
The aim of this study is to find the association among hindrance model of stress and employee engagement. This study helps to find the role of psychological capital in relationship between challenge stress, hindrance stress and employee engagement. Survey has shown 92% response rate after distributing 300 questionnaires; out of which 277 were functional. This study suggested that psychological capital facilitates employees to agree to challenge stressor and increase work engagement. Research will help to identify remedies for stress but it does not illustrate utility of diagnosing stressors. Implications for managers are that they should try to reduce hindrance stressors as they will not result in positive outcomes; however to some extent all type of stressors are fine at workplace. Conversely manager may reduce the challenge stressors to reduce the related strains.
