This study aimed to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy, Career Guidance mediated by Work Competence on the Work Readiness of class XII and XIII students of SMK Negeri 1 Selong. The total population in this study was 500 students; using the Slovin formula, a total sample of 222 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire technique, while data processing uses the SMART PLS4 application. R-square results were obtained by 0.681 (68.1%), meaning 68.1% of job readiness is influenced by self-efficacy, career guidance, and work competence, while other variables influence the remaining 31.9%. This study reveals that simultaneously the variables of job readiness are influenced by self-efficacy, career guidance, and work competence. Likewise, partially each variable affects work readiness.
The research objective is to describe service quality, customer satisfaction and trust; analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction; analyze the effect of service quality on customer trust; analyze the effect of satisfaction on customer trust; analyze the effect of trust on customer satisfaction; analyze the effect of service quality on trust through customer satisfaction and analyze the effect of service quality on satisfaction through customer trust at Daarul Huda Santri Shop at Daarul Huda Islamic Boarding School Malang. This research uses explanatory research. The research population is all customers of the Santri Daarul Huda Store. This study used a Likert scale questionnaire which was distributed to 100 respondents. Random sampling technique is used to determine the respondents. This research concludes that in between trust and satisfaction, satisfaction factors include the suitability of expectations, interest in revisiting, willingness to recommend prioritizing related to service aspects at the Daarul Huda Santri Shop
E-learning is a training and development delivery system for online education. This system is advantageous in terms of the speed of memory, and the data manipulation capabilities of the computer for greater flexibility in instructions. The purpose of this study are: i) To determine the process of implementing E-learning to increase employee productivity in the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Asia Talenta Manajemen; ii) To explain E-learning system to increase employee productivity in the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Asia Talenta Manajemen; iii) To find out the obstacles and constraints obtained from the E-learning system. This research takes a qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Asia Talenta Manajemen, amounting to 50 people. The sample in this study used the nonprobability sampling method, which is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as samples, using a purposive sampling approach. The results showed that: (i) E-learning process which is applied at PT. Asia Talenta Manajemen Tangerang provides information or flow that is quite clear and understandable to participants through a fairly long but regular process that is easily understood by employees or E-learning participants. (ii) PT. Asia Talenta Manajemen Tangerang tends to have a positive impact on employees or participants who are involved in training carried out by means of E-learning because participants or employees can implement the skills they have acquired in the available forums as well as in their respective work lines, according to the material presented obtained. (iii) Obstacles and challenges that are obtained from the E-learning system depend on the participants themselves, the participants cannot fulfil the deadline that has been determined, for example, it has been determined that the deadline is one month but the participants cannot fulfil it for up to one year.
Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberi pandangan baru kepada masyarakat terutama UMKM yang tergabung dalam Paguyuban Destinasi Usaha mengenai pemanfaatan digital marketing yang lebih efektif dan efisien untuk pengembangan UMKM. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yaitu pelatihan terkait pemanfaatan digital marketing. Peserta mengembangkan usahanya dengan memanfaatkan smart phone sebagai media pemasaran produknya. Selain itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini juga memberikan bantuan kepada Paduka untuk membuatkan katalog produk digital yang dapat bermanfaat bagi pelaku UMKM dalam Paduka dan konsumen.
