Deteksi objek berbasis pengolahan citra digital pada kendaraan sangat penting untuk diterapkan dalam membangun sistem pengawasan atau sebagai metode alternatif dalam mengumpulkan data statistik untuk pengambilan keputusan rekaya lalu lintas yang efisien. Pada penilitian ini, dibuat sistem deteksi kendaraan berbasis video lalu lintas untuk jenis kendaraan tertentu dengan menggunakan Haar Cascade Classifier dan estimasi kecepatan kendaraan dilakukan dengan menghitung perbedaan waktu pada Region of Interest (ROI) yang telah ditentukan dan hasilnya akan ditampilkan pada Radar Speed Design. Pengujian dilakukan dengan 5 video pengujian. Hasil yang didapatkan dari deteksi kendaraan yaitu nilai rata-rata recall 0.988 dan presisi 0.97 dan dari perhitungan kecepatan didapatkan nilai Mean Squared Error (MSE) yaitu 0,6.

Indonesia is the second largest country after China in terms of capture fisheries production. Capture fisheries production in Indonesia in 2016 reached 6.83 million tons with a value of Rp. 125.3 trillion. The abundant fishery potential causes the fish preservation process at the fishermen level to be constrained. The limited number of preservatives that are safe for food makes formaldehyde an alternative preservative. The use of formaldehyde in food can cause poisoning to the human body.In the formaldehyde test conducted by the Integrated Supervision Team of the Aceh Marine and Fisheries Service (DKP) in 2017 it was found that the practice of using formalin as a fish preservative was still used by some fishermen and fish traders in Indonesia. Aceh. This research was conducted to determine the sustainability of the practice of using formaldehyde by fishermen and traders by identifying the formalin content in tuna and mackerel in Idi Rayeuk Fish Landing Port, East Aceh Regency. The samples used in this study were 3 tuna and 3 mackerel fish taken randomly at the Idi Rayeuk Fish Landing Site, East Aceh. The results showed that all samples tested showed negative results or the fish did not contain formaldehyde. This shows that the public and fishermen's awareness of the dangers of formaldehyde is very good.
The development of the communication technology era has made it easier in the process of exchanging information from various parties. However, not all of the information provided can be used by many parties. Sometimes the information is intended for partial purposes only or is confidential. So, it is necessary to process information security. Several ways can be used such as cryptography. This method is used to encrypt messages or information. Methods that can be used in cryptography include vigenere cipher and caesar cipher methods. Both of these methods use the technique of replacing each original character with a character or letter. Substitution is based on keywords or character position shift command. However, this method is quite easy to solve by using the Brute Force method and the frequency of letters that often appear. Based on this problem, it is necessary to modify or combine it so that it is more difficult to crack. This research describes the combination of the vigenere cipher and the caesar cipher methods. The two methods were then converted to the names of the chemical elements in the periodic table. Furthermore, the steganography process is carried out as a place to insert messages or information. From this process, it is expected that the encryption results will be more difficult to crack
