This article focuses on improving product quality and reducing costs to ensure the efficiency of the global production of cotton fiber, in recent years, an increase in the consumption of cotton fiber, its specific type and navigation, changing demand for quality indicators, production of products with certain quality indicators. In all processes of cotton production, as well as in the processes of transporting raw cotton using pneumatic transport, on the basis of analyzes, studies conducted to determine factors that have a negative impact on product quality and their elimination, to create resource-saving technologies that reduce production costs, theoretically the connection is substantiated by the pressure loss of the local resistance of the mixture of air and fibrous waste. Based on the analysis, theoretical equations of motion of a mixture of air and fibrous waste in the expanding part of the pipeline in currently used pneumatic transport systems have been developed. It has been theoretically proven that the angle of expansion of an expanding pipe depends on local resistances generated in the expanding part of the pipe during the movement of air and fibrous waste in the ginner.
The article covers the results of research on substantiation of the parameters of the modernized cotton bundle disassembler machine with the working drum with a curved peg and a flexible element. The design scheme and working principle of the machine are described. Recommended values of the parameters because of full factor experiments in the production environment are given. The results of the calculations after processing in the article are presented in the form of connection graphs for raw cotton. In each graph, the first factor is presented at the minimum, the second at the intermediate, and the third at the maximum value. The figures show graphs of the dependence of the seed damage after the UHK unit on the input factors and the graphs of the dependence of the torque on the milling shaft on the input factors.
This article analyzes the importance of the process of ginning cotton with high pollution before ginning, the operation of the ginning device before ginning, the impact of the device nodes with the raw cotton. At the same time, the cleaning efficiency of the machine in the cleaning equipment from small and large contaminants, the basic control developments and calculation processes in the selection of the technological parameters of the cleaners are considered. It was suggested and analyzed that before the cotton was ginned, the cleaning device should be replaced with cone-tipped piles and a new belt extension to remove impurities instead of fine-grained drum piles. The impact strength and impact of the proposed conical-tipped pile drums on cotton have been studied.
Uzbekistan is implementing comprehensive measures to produce a wide range of high-quality and inexpensive textile and light industry products based on the production and deep processing of cotton fiber, which is the main textile raw material, to prevent waste and increase its competitiveness. This article, to a certain extent, serves to implement the tasks specified in the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers dated November 25, 2018 No. 53 “On additional measures to organize the activities of cotton and textile industries and clusters” and other regulatory and legal documents related to this activity. The science of cotton transport by pneumatic transport has a long history, and with an air flow speed of more than 28 m/s, cotton is distributed more evenly over the pipe section. In it, the transportation process is carried out mainly in the suspended state of the material. With a decrease in the air flow velocity from 25.0 m/s, an analysis of the literature on the uneven distribution of material over the pipe section was carried out. It has been practically proven that an increase in the expansion angle in expanding or contracting pipes depends on air resistance, and the expansion or contraction angle depends on the speed of air movement at the point of expansion or contraction of the pipe. Therefore, the optimal value of the angle of expansion or contraction of expanding or contracting pipes was determined.
It is important to thoroughly analyze the separators that are widely used in cotton ginning enterprises today, the most common of which is SS-15A. Because these separators, which are widely used to date, cause damage to seeded cotton and the main product obtained from it, fiber and seed. Therefore, it is a very important current issue to identify ways to eliminate the above-mentioned shortcomings and introduce new improved separators into production. In this article, theoretical studies were carried out after installing a diverter on the cotton deaeration equipment. Invariability of air density and stationarity of air flow movement were also studied. As a result of the conducted scientific research, it was possible to preserve the natural properties of cotton in the separator.
