The beginning of 2020 is a time when the world undergoes enormous changes . Enactment deployment virus Covid 19 as a pandemic by the WHO (World Health Organization) makes almost all sectors of life required to adapt to activities without meeting face to face. No exception in the sectors of education, teaching and learning activities are also activities due to this pandemic situation. The changes felt by the training staff and students are great, especially in terms of literacy. Children's literacy interest in Indonesia is still very low, this is certainly a concern that must be considered given the importance of literacy. During the pandemic, which relies on technology, it must also be used as a way to improve student literacy in Indonesia. The use of learning media provided online can certainly be used as an effort to increase student literacy interest . This research is motivated by the low interest in student literacy and distance learning. Therefore, researchers are looking for efforts through the use of learning media to increase student literacy interest, namely by using infographics. The purpose of this study was to determine how far the level of students' literacy understanding after using infographics as a medium for delivering subject matter. This research is descriptive qualitative, with a phenomenological approach as well as conducting observations and interviews. The research was conducted on students of SMPN 2 Margahayu, Bandung Regency. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness given in the use of infographics as learning media to increase student literacy interest.
Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang berbentuk edukasi pada masyarakat dalam rangka peningkatan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga dalam memanfaatkan bahan pangan lokal yang melimpah untuk pengolahan makanan sehat keluarga. Pangan lokal yang melimpan di Kabupaten Cianjur berupa sayuran seperti brokoli, ubi jalar, sawi dan sayuran lainnya. Hasil panen belum di manfaatkan secara optimal, oleh sebab itu untuk memanfaatkan hasil panen dirancang kegiatan penyuluhan sebagai edukasi pada masyarakat. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Ciherang, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa Barat. Sasaran kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah ibu rumah tangga, ibu rumah tangga sehari-hari menyiapkan makanan sehat untuk keluarga harus memiliki ide yang kreatif dan inovatif agar makanan yang disajikan bisa menarik dan lebih memiliki nilai gizi. Metode yang digunakan dibagi menjadi tiga bagian, yaitu ceramah, tanya jawab dan praktek. Hasil kegiatan penyuluhan ini menambah pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga dalam penyusunan menu bekal sekolah anak dengan memanfaatkan bahan pangan lokal yang ada disekitar, khususnya pengolahan sayuran menjadi menu yang bervariatif dan menarik dalam menciptakan menu makan sehat untuk anak sehari-hari.
This research is motivated by the problems of food technology that has been growing rapidly at today, including the use of ingredients, which is the vital thing to be considered in its preparation. For Muslim community, the problem that arises is the number of food ingredients, both the main raw material and the additive material, which are difficult to trace their origin, whether they are from halal sources or not. There is also a public perception concerning the clarity or label of halal food products purchased. It would impact the decision purchase of food product. This study used a case method using questionnaire for Moslem students in UPI Department of Culinary Study Program. Correlational analysis was done to find the correlation of conception on label food with purchase decision making. The result shows that there is a sifnificant correlation between both respondents or consumers’ conception on label information of food ingredients and their purchase decision making. This is evident in the correlation which indicates the presence of a significant relation (r=0,546). It could be recomended that in any attempt to produce food, especially in Indonesia, food ingredients in terms of being halal and hygienic should be highly considered; therefore the producers should have a halal certificate of the authorities, which in this case Board of Indonesian Muslim Scholars (MUI).
This study synthesized the findings of studies on mobile learning trends in the vocational education learning process by scrutinizing journals from 2018 to 2022. This paper focused on the challenges and opportunities associated with the use of mobile in learning, as well as students' and teachers' readiness to use technology in the learning process. The trend of using mobile learning is growing, forcing distance learning to take place, and increasing the pressure on educational institutions to develop innovative learning and media that can still support the learning process. Given the trend of an increasingly dynamic and mobile society, as well as the demand for quality and diverse educational needs, the potential and prospects for developing mobile learning in the future are extremely promising. The learning concept is expected to encourage the creation of an effective and innovative learning environment to motivate students and teachers to learn.
