The rapidly changing economy requires a higher education centre to introduce new methods to facilitate graduates to compete in the job market. Job proficiency in the 21st century is crucial in enhancing graduates' marketability. Thus, transdisciplinary is a potential field of completing the boundaries between academic and practical disciplines. Transdisciplinary learning can create new knowledge to answer and solve complex problems while simultaneously combining multiple disciplines. By applying the TRBL (Transdisciplinary Oriented Research-Based Learning) model in the teaching and research aspects of the students, it provides added value in shaping and enhancing student's soft skills as well as producing a young generation of skilled catalysts and drivers of the state.
