Nowadays, the number of female workers in various companies is commonplace. As a result, women's parenting pattern is not intensive. In Islamic teachings, women have a great responsibility in educating children. This paper aims to look at the phenomenon of child rearing by Muslimah cigarette employees in Bulu Lebilleh Hamlet, Pragaan Daya Village, Sumenep, Madura. This paper uses a qualitative field method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The results showed that five Muslimah cigarette employees entrusted their children to their families (husbands and parents) when they worked. The parenting style of Muslimah employees is limited. Among them are teaching their children to be independent, such as eating and bathing themselves, teaching the recitation of the Qur'an, teaching them to read prayers, and teaching children to color and draw. The supporting factors for the success of Muslimah cigarette employees in fostering the character of early childhood are a conducive environment and a harmonious family. The inhibiting factors are the limited time and defiance of children due to parenting patterns that are not optimal
Mendidik anak perempuan bukanlah sesuatu yang mudah, sama halnya seperti di Pondok Pesantren Al-Amien Putri I yang menerapkan dua sistem pendidikan yaitu santriwati mukim dan santriwati kalong dengan perbedaan pada waktu pengawasan, sedangkan akhlak santriwati kalong menjadi tanggung jawab pihak pondok, hal ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pondok pesantren khususnya lingkungan Pondok Al-Amien PutriI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan apasaja nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak yang diterapkan pada santriwati kalong. Bagaimana internalisasi pendidikan akhlak pada santriwati kalong, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaannya di Pondok Al-Amien Putri I Prenduan. Jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif pendekatan studi kasus, proses teknik sampling menggunakan purposive dan snowball sedangkan sumber data berupa person, kepala sekolah, guru BK, wali kelas, guru, bagian Korsanom, santriwati kalong. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis data data reduction, data display, conclusion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak yaitu berbuat baik akan orang tua, guru, teman, sesama muslim, serta akhlak kepada Allah dengan cara husnudzon, ikhlas, sabar, syukur, taat, amanah, jujur. Sedangkan internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak 1. Pembelajaran 2. Suri tauladan 3. Latihan dan pembiasaan 4. Penegakan peraturan. Adapun faktor pendukung internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis dari jiwa anak, dukungan dan dorongan orang tua. Faktor penghambat berasal dari lingkungan keluarga, teman, masyarakat, dan sosial media yang dapat membawa dampak negatif bagi santriwati.
Early marriage remains prevalent in village communities deeply rooted in culture and customs, leading to various social problems. This study aims to describe the implications of early marriage on child care in Larangan Perreng Village, focusing on factors causing early marriage, forms of child care, and the resulting implications. Qualitative field research was conducted in Larangan Perreng Village to gather data, and triangulation techniques were employed to ensure data validity. Economic, self, and parental factors were identified as contributors to early marriage in the village. Couples who married early adopted democratic, permissive, and authoritarian parenting styles to raise their children. The findings revealed that early marriage had negative implications on parenting, including increased household conflicts, adverse effects of physical punishment on children's well-being, suboptimal parenting practices, and insufficient independence in child-rearing. These outcomes highlight the importance of addressing early marriage and promoting effective child care strategies within the community.
This study discusses the importance of instilling moral education in early childhood, where at this time children experience a golden age in their development, children easily learn from the environment. So that at this time is the most appropriate time to internalize the values of moral education into children's identities with a variety of media, one of which is story books. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of internalizing the values of moral education contained in the book "Toddlers with noble character" in early childhood and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in internalizing the educational values of the book. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The results of the research on the internalization process used the telling method, the advice, method, the reward method and the dialogue method. Supporting factors 1) family,helping to improve children’s moral education 2) The language of the books that are easy and have a lot of use, 3) Media from BBM books,in the from of hand puppets, posters and moral cards 4) manual books for parents for parents,help how to internalize BBM books 5) The inspirational story books of Rasulallah SAW., while the inhibiting factors are 1) busyness of parents, 2) lack of experience about the stories of Rasulallah SAW.
