The main aim of the given research is to develop an appropriate approach for creation of information FinTech platform with the EU standards compliance mainly for SMEs in order to support innovativeness of SMEs, improve their access to finance and simplify different financial processes. The authors defined the main features of FinTech platforms underlining types of FinTech, its participants and the most influential factors. The main trends of FinTech platforms development in the EU countries, such as the level of investment, impact of EU FinTech platforms on the global scale, features of investments into B2B FinTech, were determined. It was considered that in Ukraine, some positive changes in legislation were adopted, but the challenges like lack of finance, slow adoption of innovations in the financial market, not sufficient clarity of legislation remain among the main constraints for further development of FinTech platforms in Ukraine. The conducted analysis on the level of FinTech types performance by Ukrainian platforms showed only the great share of digital payments and money transfers, while other modern innovative FinTech instruments should not be underestimated for proper FinTech application in Ukraine. For this purpose, the authors have developed the Information Platform on Support for SMEs’ Innovations that consolidates interests of both SMEs and scientists. To determine both the SMEs’ opinion about the necessity of a particular Internet platform for them and the types of services that could be provided by the sme-sci.com platform, the authors conducted a survey in which 374 medium-sized and 380 small businesses took part. The results of the survey that are presented in the article confirm the necessity of the Information Platform on Support for SMEs’ Innovations and demand for it from the SMEs. Finally, the result of the research proves that such a unique informational platform as sme-sci. com that will serve as an interactive field for exchanging ideas and information of both representatives of scientific and business world is of great importance.

Digitalization is becoming increasingly important in today's rural society as a vital driver in maintaining European rural areas competitive globally. Thereby, the research problem lays upon the potential of providing flexible support to overcome the digital divide in order to improve the business environment in rural areas. The paper aims to provide scientific review of two major research approaches: 1) digitalization impact on rural businesses development; 2) ICT role in life quality improvement and rural communities' development. The practical issue concerns the potential of providing flexible support to overcome the digital divide in order to improve the business environment and communities' infrastructure in rural areas. The research is performed through review of scientific articles from the last ten years, evaluating the trends of rural hubs development in Europe, including deeper understanding of digitalization, innovative development and communication financial support. The results section represents findings to determine innovative financial support models, considering European funds and regional financial initiatives potential, to strengthen digitalization in rural areas. Synergetic effect within all-European and local financial support and rural development strategies will boost hubs development, overcoming the digital divide in rural area.

Анотація. У статті проаналізовано перспективи розвитку національної економіки з урахуванням потенціалу діджиталізації. Обґрунтовано, що забезпечення соціальноекономічного піднесення можливе лише за умови розгляду як суспільства загалом, так і окремих секторів економіки в контексті розбудови діджитал-економіки. Наголошено на доцільності оцінювання комплексних індикаторів рівня розвитку національної економіки (включаючи валовий внутрішній продукт, індекс людського розвитку), а також діджитал-економіки. Досліджено взаємозалежність різних груп таких індикаторів, вплив інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (ІКТ) на фінансові й нефінансові показники соціально-економічного розвитку. Визначено основні групи стейкхолдерів України. З метою проведення комплексної оцінки потенціалу діджиталізації вітчизняної економіки проаналізовано недоліки та переваги використання ІКТ банками, представниками бізнесу, громадськими організаціями й закладами освіти. Доведено, що в сучасному економічному просторі, який ґрунтується на мережевих зв'язках, переваги діджитал-економіки стають очевидними тільки за умови координації цілей і зусиль провідних стейкхолдерів. In the era of digital economy, the crowdfunding platforms provide the background to mitigate cross-country differences within project financing. In particular, creative projects are important as a vital driver in maintaining business and social sector competitive. Thereby, research problem lays upon the potential of providing crowdfunding support to overcome the creative project divide in different countries. The paper aims to provide scientific support on creative projects innovative financing in Ukraine and Poland within Kickstarter. The research methodology is based on Kickstarter data (10 years; 83 industries and 898 projects) processed by statistical analysis. The Concentration Ratio (CR) was modified to measure the concentration of efforts, considering the largest creative industries within Kickstarter platform. The results section represents high rates of concentration of efforts for Ukrainian creative projects that commercialize tangible physical goods: Product Design and Gadgets. At the same time, in Poland the main concentration of efforts is in the field of intangible intellectual products: Tabletop Games and Video Games. Thus, digital platform is a reflection of interrelations between intangible and tangible values in economies. The study results can be used within national programs of creative innovative projects financial support. In relation to other countries, more extensive study is required.
