Nanoporous copper (NPC) ribbons with bimodal pore size distributions can be facilely fabricated by one-pot chemical dealloying of dual-phase Al 15 atom % Cu alloy with quasieutectic structures in the HCl or NaOH solution. These NPC ribbons are composed of interconnected large-sized pores (several microns) with highly porous pore walls (tens of nm). Both large-and small-sized pores are 3D, open, and bicontinuous. Additionally, the length scales of ligaments/pores in the pore walls can be tuned by simply changing the dealloying solution. V
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
