An attempt is made to sumniarize some of the data obtained in our laboratory on the uxtraction behaviour of thorium, protactinium. uranium and neptunium complexes with certain substituted hydroxylamine derivatives from both acid and alkaline media. Conditions for the extraction of each element have been defined. A correlation of properties between the behaviour of the different complexes of the elements concerned has been also made.
