The article analyzes the state of competition in the transport sector in Russia, in particular in the field of freight transport in rail transport. In order to improve the efficiency of management of organizations providing transportation services in the field of freight transportation, in a highly competitive environment, a comprehensive indicator of client loyalty is proposed. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing customer loyalty in the provision of transportation services, aspects of the indicator evaluation are highlighted. A model for estimating the complex indicator of client loyalty based on the method of discrete synthesis is proposed.

Women's freestyle wrestling is a sport in which six sets of Olympic medals are played. Teams from Japan, USA, Germany and China have successfully performed at the XXXII Summer Olympic Games. Moreover, athletes from Japan won at all the Olympics, where the program included women's wrestling, among the leaders were also the national teams of the USA and China. However, the women representing the Russian Olympic Committee team have not won a single medal. Such a performance by Russian athletes can certainly be called unsuccessful. Unfortunately, at the moment, the tendency in the development of Russian women's wrestling is a decrease in performance. We also see that the Russian national team, based on the results of participation in all the Olympic Games, ranks fifth in the quality of medals and is significantly behind the world leader -the Japanese national team. To increase the effectiveness of competitive activity, in our opinion, it is necessary to make adjustments to the system of training athletes, to pay great attention to the preparation of the sports reserve and the processes of scientifically grounded selection and support of training and competitive activity.
