Turbulent mixing process in the Lombok Strait was evaluated from density inversions in CTD (Conductivity Temperature Depth) profiles obtained from the INSTANT (International Nusantara Stratification and Transport) recovery cruise, June 14-19th 2005. The quality of the detected-overturn regions has been improved by applying wavelet denoising to CTD signals. The Thorpe analysis shows that many overturn regions less than 7 m were detected in throughout the water column of the Lombok Strait. Based on linear relationship between Thorpe Scale and Ozmidov Scale, the turbulent kinetic energy dissipation rate ε was estimated about 10−12−10−6 W kg−1 and density of eddy diffusivity Kρ
(10−6−10−2 m2s −1). A relatively high of Kρ
Ø (10−2 m2s −1) was found at the southern part of the strait, near the sill which obstruct the Indonesian Thoughflow into the Indian Ocean. The dipped and rebounded isopycnal surfaces of σθ= 25.5–26.5 near the sill and the presence of strong shear at the same depth of the interval solitary wave (150 to 250 m) indicate that strong turbulence in this layer was driven by shear instability associated with breaking internal waves.
An effective Healthcare Service Ecosystem must emphasize the notion of well-being co-creation which entails a dynamic interplay of actors, in face of the challenges, with their ability to use the available resource pools, at the different system levels. An appropriate response, largely avoiding any crisis, depends on a society's resilience and the related response of actors in the reconfiguration of resources. Originally considered luxury and for the fortunate few who could afford the learning curve, Hospitalization-at-Home (HaH) recently approached a new normal with a positive impact to health outcomes. Nowadays, hospitals have had to reconfigure their health services to reduce the workload of caregivers during the COVID-19 outbreak. We show an example of how HaH can be a viable re-configuration of Healthcare Service Ecosystems and a use case for capability reconfiguration. Our use case can be a lesson for the adaptation of technology for patient empowerment allowing patients to interact with their care ecosystem while at their home.
People Tax is the main source of state income. The better the tax policy of a country, the better the development of a country. One of the factors that influence the level of public awareness in paying taxes is corruption. Study shows that tax collection is one of them influenced by corruption. In the data of Corruption Perceptions Index 2016 reported by Transparency International, Indonesia is ranked 90 out of 176 countries. Tax evasion is a serious problem for many countries. Every year, the government loses revenue potential as many residents evade taxes in various ways. For this reason, the government implements tax amnesty. Tax amnesty is designed to permanently reduce the amount of underground economy activity, thereby increasing tax revenues in the future and developing countries can grow well.
