Background : Stunting is a condition of failure to grow to achieve normal growth due to malnutrition in a long period of time. Prevention and treatment of stunting can be done by increasing the mother's knowledge about one pillar of access to nutritious food so that children avoid stunting. Providing education to mothers can be done using brainstorming methods about preventing stunting with one pillar of access to nutritious food. The Aim : This study aim to find out the effect of stunting prevention education about one pillar of access to nutritious food with a brainstorming method on the knowledge of Baduta's mother in Taman Sari Timur. Methods : This research method is a pre-experimental study with one group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted in Taman Sari Timur Village in December 2019. Data collection is carried out quantitatively. The population and sample were 38 baduta mothers present at the Taman Sari Timur village Posyandu which were taken with a total sample technique. Quantitative data includes maternal knowledge before and after the intervention. Data analysis using statistical tests used paired sample t-test. Data on maternal knowledge about stunting was collected using a pretest and posttest questionnaire Results : The results of the influence of stunting prevention education on one pillar of access to nutritious food with a brainstorming method on the knowledge of Baduta's mother In Taman Sari Timur obtained an average of 73.83 and after the education of stunting prevention using a brainstorming method was obtained an average of 83.94. From the research results obtained t value of 4.384 and p of 0.000 <0.05. Conclusion : There is an influence of stunting prevention education about one pillar of access to nutritious food with brainstorming methods on the knowledge of Baduta's mother in Taman Sari Timur.
Latar belakang: Penggunaan teknologi sistem informasi yang baik dapat membantu terlaksananya program K3 secara efektif dan efisien, kegiatan program K3RS dapat dilaporkan secara periodik dan sistematis sehingga pihak manajer puncak dapat mengambil keputusan dengan tepat. Keberhasilan sistem informasi suatu organisasi tergantung bagaimana sistem itu dijalankan, kemudahan sistem itu bagi para pemakainya, dan pemanfaatan teknologi yang digunakan. Evaluasi program sangat penting dan bermanfaat terutama bagi pengambil keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem informasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di RSUD Dr. Moewardi dengan menggunakan pendekatan model HOT Fit.Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif eksploratori dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah orang-orang yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan sistem informasi berjumlah 8 orang. Obyek penelitian adalah sistem informasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Analisis isi digunakan untuk mendapatkan gambaran sistem informasi berdasarkan model HOT Fit terdiri dari Manusia, Organisasi, dan Teknologi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian bila ditinjau dari faktor manusia, SI P2K3RS mudah pelaksanaannya, belum ada pelatihan atau sosialisasi. Faktor organisasi, sudah terbentuk struktur organisasi, belum ada anggaran khusus, tidak adanya juklak/juknis dan prosedur kerja. Teknologi belum semua menggunakan komputer komunikasi antar sesama anggota pelaksana sudah berjalan lancar.Simpulan: Disarankan ada prosedur pelaksanaan, juklak, juknis dan uraian kerja, melaksanakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan bagi anggota tim dan pegawai dilingkungan RSUD Dr. Moewardi melakukan pengawasan berkesinambungan yang terjadwal, memperbaiki kualitas informasi dan menambah jumlah tenaga sesuai antara pendidikan dengan kebutuhan.Kata kunci: Evaluasi Sistem Informasi, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Model HOT FitABSTRACT Title: Application of the Hot Fit Model in the Evaluation of Safety and Information Systems Occupational Health at RSUD Dr. Moewardi Background: The success of information system an organization depends on what is system, ease that system for the the wearer, and the utilization of technology used. Evaluation the program was very important and useful especially for decision-making. The purpose of this research is to evaluate information system work safety and health at RSUD Dr. Moewardi by adopting HOT Fit Model.Method: This research is descriptive exploratory by adopting qualitative. Subject research is the people involved in information system management. An object research is a system information work safety and health at RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Analysis the contents of used to get a information system based on model hot fit consisting of man, organization, and technology.Result: The results of the study if considered from the human factor, the P2K3RS information system its easy to implementation, there has been no training or socialization. Factors organization, had been formed the structure of the organization, there has been no special budget, the absence of operational and technical guidelines and p rocedures work. The temperature of the workspace can affect the health condition of hospital administrative officers. One of the negative health impacts due to the less than ideal workspace temperature is Sick Building Syndrome. Based on the preliminary survey, it is known that there is 1 hospital administration officer who suffers from Sick Building Syndrome (SBS). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workspace temperature and Sick Building Syndrome (SBS). The study used a descriptive survey and quantitative methods as well as a cross sectional study approach. The population and research samples were taken by total sampling, namely all hospital administration officers at the hospital as many as 7 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis used the chi-square relationship test. The results of this study from 7 respondents based on the results of the Chi-Square test, the significance of p between the independent variables, namely competence with the performance dependent variable, the results obtained were 0.03 (p <0.05), then Ho was rejected and it was stated that there was a relationship. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between workspace temperature and Sick Building Syndrome Hospital Administration Officers. Suggestions should provide knowledge of the importance of the ideal workspace temperature for the prevention of Sick Building Syndrome

Based on a preliminary studyof five medical record processing at the Dr Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri Regional Hospital, thebigger risk is filing, in the medical record unit there is no standard risk management operationalprocedure and there is no report related to risk management. This type of research is descriptive with across sectional approach. The subjects are the Facility Management and Safety coordinator, head ofmedical records, and head of filing. The object of the filing room and the risk management process. Theresearch instruments were observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Data analysis was carriedout by univariate. The results show that risk management at Dr Soediran Mangun Soemarso WonogiriHospital has been carried out. Safety Facility Management is a working group to plan risk managementin each unit. The medical record unit of Dr Soediran Mangun Soemarso Wonogiri Hospital implementsrisk management with an appropriate sequence of risk management processes starting fromcommunication consultation, scope of context criteria, risk assessment, risk treatment, monitoring andreview. In the filing section of the Dr Soediran Mangun Soemarso Wonogiri Regional Hospital, there isone important stage that is overlooked in the risk management process, namely the scope, context, andcriteria stages. The conclusion of this study is that the Facility and Safety Management section hasimplemented a risk management process in the medical record unit but has not been maximallyimplemented in the filing section.
