Business management is very crucial aspects to be looked at. In order to compete in the industry, proper planning is very important. Indeed, evaluation also not to be forgotten because corrective action could be taken to improved the firm's performance. Thus, this study is focuses on using importance-performance analysis to assess consumer perceptions specifically in tourism context and to unravel the effects of total tourist experience that was believed to have influence on tourist loyalty. The data was collected using self-administered structured questionnaire approach within the vicinity of an international tourist island with 173 usable data-sets of international tourists. The analysis (IPA) is being used in to unveil area of improvement and suggest some useful information for the resort management in designing a better marketing strategy based on destination image that drives consumer loyalty. Assessing the loyalty of these consumers will provide ways for the management to optimize the resources available to attract consumers. From the analysis; gap analysis and also IPA, it portrays that total customers experience that lead to the resort is actually the general cleanliness and hygiene that the attributes for their main attraction.
the study investigates the implication of Islamic work ethics (IWE) towards the organizational commitment and the moderating impact of job involvement. IWE is analogous to the concept of Islam that emphasizes cooperation in work, and consultation is seen as a way of overcoming obstacles and avoiding mistakes to meet one's needs and establish equilibrium in one's individual and social life. IWE is examined on how far the employees practicing what they have claims to be for the organization The result will determine impact of the implementation of Islamic work ethic and the employee commitment towards the organization. Other than that it will determine the understanding of the Islamic work ethics from the employee perspective. This research will help the management to determine the understanding of the employee towards Islamic work ethics and to measure the element in Islamic work ethics that lead to the organizational commitment.
Teaching and learning nowadays is different from past. Together with their environment where the students can easily have connected to internet and digital media make them ease to be technology savvy. Thus, flipped classroom become the option to the lecturer to change methods of teaching. However, there are lacked discussions in innovating teaching approach particularly in marketing. Hence, the objectives of this study to examine factors influencing the usage of flipped classroom and which factors contribute most to the usage of flipped classroom. The sampling of the data used is sample random sampling. The researcher will have used the structured questionnaire and divided into five sections including the demographic section. The study will analyze normality test, data cleaning, reliability test, descriptive and frequency analysis, Pearson correlation and Multiple Regression to test the hypothesis. Apparently, the expected result will be used to recommend in order having better understanding in student's learning particularly in using technology.
