The purpose of the research is to identify the main labor functions and activities of a future specialist in the current educational and professional program Web Projects Management, Digital Content Design of the specialty Information, Library, and Archival Affairs. Research methodology. General scientific research methods were used, in particular, analysis and synthesis; a hypothetical method, which made it possible, based on the analysis of interdisciplinary educational and professional programs in other humanitarian specialties, to formulate the didactic validity and pedagogical expediency of the proposed educational and professional program Web Projects Management, Digital Content Design of the specialty Information, Library, and Archival Affairs; methods of semantic and logical analysis of an array of documents (professional scientific publications, content of Internet resources) – to identify the state of theory and practice of training specialists under interdisciplinary educational and professional programs; the method of analogies – to establish similarities between pedagogical systems based on the signs of interdisciplinarity to justify the didactic possibility of implementing the studied educational and professional program. The scientific novelty of the research consists in identifying the labor functions and types of activities of the future specialist under the educational and professional program Web Projects Management, Digital Content Design. Conclusions. Strengthening the social-communicative function of organizations in the document and information sphere, in particular in the presentation of their activities in the web environment, actualizes the training of IT specialists for this subject area. The requirements for a modern specialist in the document and information field, the convergence of activities’ types and tasks that appear in the course of his work, determine the convergence of the program content Management of Web Projects, Design of Digital Content with the areas of IT and project management activities. The interdisciplinarity of the studied educational and professional program corresponds to the content of the activities of an information resources specialist in the context of digitalization. The analyzed drafts of professional standards and the experience of pedagogical systems functioning, the main concept of which is the integration of knowledge in the subject area with knowledge in the field of implementation and support of digital technologies that ensure its innovative functioning, are pedagogically appropriate and require further research to determine the content, forms, and methods of specialist training.
The purpose of the article is to outline the information-digital and socio-educational competencies of a library and information specialist taking into account the interdisciplinary nature of library and information activities in the use of digital technologies and in accordance with current regulatory documents, as well as the practice of library activities. The research methodology is based on such methods as information analysis of the current Digital Competence Framework and Professional Standards of Specialists, content analysis of the subject field of the research subject – semantic and logical analysis of the document collection (academic papers, information content of Internet resources); the hypothetical method enabled us to formulate the relevant competencies of a library and information specialist based on the analysis of information resources. The scientific novelty of the research is to substantiate the current competences of a library and information specialist as a basis for the development of the Professional Standard Project. Conclusions. The need to develop the Professional Standard of a library and information specialist requires an outline of the information-digital and socio-educational competencies of a library and information specialist taking into account the interdisciplinary nature of library and information activities in the application of digital technologies. The analysis of a wide array of library information resources (websites, Facebook pages, blogs, Telegram channels, and others), which present the current state of job functions and actions performed by librarians, the Framework of Digital Competences of scientific and academic and teaching personnel and the Professional Standard of teaching personnel, extrapolation of the presented data on the competence field of a library and information specialist made it possible to formulate the information-digital, social-educational and psychological-pedagogical competences of a specialist. The personal competences of a specialist are formulated within the scope of the tasks of their professional development in the digital environment, reflection, and assessment of the level of their own digital competence. The obtained results regarding the types of activities and the necessary competencies of a modern library specialist might be the basis for completing the structure of the Professional Standard of the Library and Information Specialist Project. Цифрові трансформації суспільства передбачають трансформації в змістовому та структурному аспекті чинних спеціальностей. Структурні та змістові зміни в документно-інформаційній освіті, здійснюваній в Україні в межах спеціальності «Інформаційна, бібліотечна та архівна справа», актуалізують виявлення основних концептів, які визначатимуть її функціонування, розвиток та подальші трансформації. Метою дослідження є виявлення основних концептів розвитку спеціальності ІБАС, які у взаємозв’язку та взаємовпливі утворюють її цілісність як педагогічної системи і є передумовою її активного розвитку в змінюваних соціальних та техніко-технологічних умовах. У дослідженні було використано сукупність загальнонаукових методів узагальнення, систематизації і прогнозування. Гіпотетико-дедуктивний метод дав змогу окреслити основні концепти функціонування й розвитку спеціальності «Інформаційна, бібліотечна та архівна справа». Висновки та обговорення. Концептуальні основи функціонування й розвитку спеціальності ІБАС базуються на таких положеннях: – інноваційність освіти фахівців із документно-інформаційних комунікацій в Україні на сучасному етапі зумовлена розширенням поля документно-інформаційної діяльності, процесами її цифровізації, конвергентністю з іншими професійними напрямами діяльності й зазнає впливу цифрового ринку праці на професійне самовизначення молоді; – теоретико-методологічні основи розробки змісту освіти для підготовки фахівця визначаються розвитком науково-педагогічних шкіл у закладах вищої освіти, здобутки яких є теоретичним підґрунтям змістового й методичного розвитку спеціальності та передумовою пропозицій нових актуальних ОПП; – організаційно-педагогічні умови розвитку спеціальності мають розвиватись у напрямі пошуку активних форм професійно-орієнтованого навчання, приділенні особливої уваги виробничій практиці, а також врахуванні в освітньому процесі широкого застосування дистанційної форми навчання, яка потребує гнучкості освітнього середовища, застосування нових принципів розробки навчально-методичного забезпечення та адекватних форм взаємодії між викладачем і студентом, підвищення педагогічної майстерності викладачів.
The purpose of the research is to identify and analyse traditional and innovative educational and professional programs of the specialty 029 "Information, library and archival work", which are implemented in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The research methodology is based on an organic combination of the principles of scientific objectivity and systematicity, the application of the structural-functional approach, and the use of general scientific methods of scientific knowledge (cognitive, analysis and synthesis, statistical), content analysis of OPP in institutions of tertiary education. The scientific novelty of the presented work consists in identifying in the information system "Vstup.OSVITA.UA" a list of higher education institutions of which bachelor's and master's degrees in specialty 029 IBAS are trained, in the analysis of introduced educational and professional programs, in determining their traditional and innovative orientations. Conclusions. The training of specialists in specialty 029 "Information, library and archival affairs" is carried out in higher education institutions of Ukraine under various educational and professional programs, which attests to the modernisation and improvement of the training of specialists in the specified field and the orientation of tertiary education to European integration processes. It was found that within the specialty, 63 OPPs for bachelors and 37 for masters were introduced into the educational process, of which 25 were accredited at the bachelor's level and 14 – at the master's level. Part of the OPPs is waiting for accreditation, according to their schedule. Among the OPPs presented by higher education institutions, the most common are "Documentation and information activities" (15 – bachelor's and 12 – master's) and "Information, library and archival affairs" (17 and 12, respectively). The analysis of the rest of the programs (31 – bachelor's and 13 – master's) showed that in 12 bachelor's and 10 master's programs, key words in the names of the programs are the document science component, such as "document science support", "document science management" processes", "documentation support", "document implementation", and others. One master's program and two bachelor's programs are based on librarian training of specialists, as evidenced by their names. The specified programs have their roots in the training of specialists in the field of document studies and librarianship, which indicates their traditional character. Part of the programs is aimed at training specialists in the information field. The purpose of the work is to outline the concept of "educational and professional space of a higher education institution" and characterize its content. The study focuses on the educational and professional programs "Documentology, management of state authorities and local self-government" and "Management of social and communication networks, Internet marketing" of the specialty "Information, library and archival affairs", which are implemented by the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. The methodology of the work consists in the analysis and synthesis of the scientific works of the authors on the research of the outlined problem, a hypothetical-deductive method for outlining the content of the concept of "educational and professional space of a higher education institution" and identifying its main components. The scientific novelty of the study consists in characterizing the content of the concept of "educational and professional space of a higher education institution", identifying its system-forming components – content and organizational and communicative, and delineating its components both traditional (types of practice as a structural component of the educational process of training a specialist), and innovative - dual education for the training of specialists in the specialty "Information, library and archival affairs". Conclusions. Today, the educational space of a higher education institution is moving to a new qualitative level and should be defined as an educational and professional space in which subject-subject interaction of potential employers with students, representatives of higher education institutions takes place, not only from the point of view of established forms of practice as a structural component of educational process, and is carried out in the implementation of an innovative form of educational and professional training - dual education. Practice as a structural component of the educational process corresponds to the initial stage of professionalization and is a process of involving an individual in professional activity and improvement in one of the directions of this activity, is a means of adapting students to professional activity, contributes to the development of professional culture, innovativeness of professional activity, development of professional values, identification of behavior with the norms of professional ethics. The introduction of dual education for the innovative specializations "Documentology, management of state authorities and local self-government bodies" and "Management of social and communication networks, Internet marketing" with the specialty "Information, library and archival affairs" is due to the infrastructure of document-information and social-communication types activities and will ensure the integration of education, science and practical activities in the document and information field.
