Keberadaan UserInterface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) Designer semakin dibutuhkan beberapa waktu belakangan. Salah satu alasannya karena banyak perusahaan yang mulai menggunakan platform mobile dan situs untuk perkembangan bisnis. Dalam menjawab tantangan ini maka pengetahuan mengenai UI/ UX diperlukan dalam hal melakukan perancangan program, hal ini pun sejalan dengan salah satu tujuan dari profil Prodi S1 Teknik Informatika STMIK Tasikmalaya yaitu; Menghasilkan tenaga ahli di bidang Teknik Informatika yang unggul, terampil menggunakan TIK serta memiliki pengetahuan pendukung yang relevan dengan jenis pekerjaan yang ditanganinya. Kemampuan penguasaaan teknologi dan informasi khususnya kepada mahasiswa semester 3 dari Program Studi Teknik Informatika dalam penguasaan konsep desain UI/UX sangat diperlukan. Melalui kegiatan PkM yang dilaksanakan secara online melalui zoom meeting dan live www.youtube.com, dan diperoleh hasil melalui kuesioner respon balik dari peserta mengenai tingkat kepuasan sebanyak 50% merasa puas, 38,1% merasa puas sekali, dan 11,9% merasa cukup puas dengan adanya PkM ini. Dengan demikian diharapkan mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan wawasan dan kompetensi untuk dapat bersaing pada masa indutri 4.0 ini. Kata kunci—figma, pengabdian masyarakat, ui/ux, user experience, user interface. The existence of UserInterface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Designer has been increasingly needed in recent times. One of the reasons is because many companies are starting to use mobile platforms and websites for business development. In answering this challenge, knowledge of UI / UX is needed in terms of conducting program design, this is also in line with one of the goals of the S1 Informatics Engineering Study Program profile, STMIK Tasikmalaya, namely; Producing experts in the field of Information Technology who are superior, skilled in using ICT and have supporting knowledge that is relevant to the type of work they handle. The ability to control technology and information, especially for 3rd semester students of the Informatics Engineering Study Program, in mastering the UI / UX design concept is needed. Through PkM activities carried out online through zoom meetings and live www.youtube.com, and results were obtained through questionnaire responses from participants regarding the satisfaction level of 50% being satisfied, 38.1% very satisfied, and 11.9% feeling quite satisfied with this PkM. Thus, it is hoped that students can increase their insight and competence to be able to compete in this industrial era 4.0. Keywords— community service, figma, ui/ux, user experience, user interface.
Purpose: 1) Being able to understand the introduction of website-based applications. 2) Able to use school cash in and cash out applications 3) Able to manage website-based cash report administration. Method: The preparation stage is the identification of partner problems, the implementation stage is the delivery of training materials and discussions. The evaluation stage is to provide training feedback. Results: The activity was attended by 5 participants with the results of feedback related to responses to training materials at a score of 5 (Very Good) 100%. Conclusions: 1) Being able to recognize web-based cash applications as a whole gave a positive response, namely at a score of 5 (very good) 100%. 2) Being able to use cash applications as a whole gives a positive response, namely at a value of 4 (good) 20% and a value of 5 (very good) 80%. 3) Able to manage reports of cash inflows and cash outflows as a whole gave a positive response with a value of 4 (good) 40% and a value of 5 (very good) 60%.
Abstrak: Hotmie Resto adalah suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang makanan dan minuman. Disetiap perushaan pasti memiliki pengolahan stok bahan baku, bahan baku itu merupakan kekayaan pada perusahaan yang memiliki peranan penting dalam operasi bisnis, maka disetiap perusahaan pasti memiliki pengolahan stok bahan baku, dan ada beberapa perusahaan menengah yang masih menggunakan proses pengolahan stok bahan baku secara manual dengan cara mencatat di buku. Sama perihalnya dengan Hotmie Resto yang masih menggunakan proses pengolahan stok bahan baku secara manual dengan mencatat di buku dan proses permintaan bahan baku masih menggunakan media kertas sehingga sangat mungkin terjadi kecurangan dan kesalahan pada proses penulisan dan perhitungan, pada proses pengolahan stok bahan baku yang keluar tidak sesuai dengan hasil penjualan, maka pencatat perusahaan menjadi tidak efektif. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibangun sebuah sistem untuk mempermudah proses pengolahan stok bahan baku di Hotmie Resto tersebut. Metode yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu, Rencana Kebutuhan, Desain Sistem, dan Implementasi. Diharapkan dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Stok Berbasis Web Pada Outlet Hotmie Bekasi Dengan Metode Rapid Application Development dapat mempermudah proses pengolahan stok bahan baku yang masuk dan keluar menjadi lebih baik untuk Hotmie Resto dan bisa memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan untuk memproses persediaan bahan baku secara efektif dan efesien. Every company must have raw material stock processing, raw materials are wealth for companies that have an important role in business operations, so every company must have raw material stock processing, and there are some medium-sized companies that still use the raw material stock processing process manually with how to take notes in a book The same is the case with Hotmie Resto which still uses the raw material stock processing process manually by recording in the book and the raw material request process still uses paper media so it is very possible for fraud and errors to occur in the writing and calculation processes, in the processing of raw material stock that comes out not in accordance with the sales results, the company recorder becomes ineffective. Therefore, it is necessary to build a system to facilitate the processing of raw material stock at the Hotmie Resto. The method that will be used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD), the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method has several stages, namely, Requirements Plan, System Design, and Implementation. It is hoped that the existence of a Web-Based Stock Processing Information System at Hotmie Bekasi Outlets with the Rapid Application Development Method can facilitate the processing of incoming and outgoing raw material stocks for the better for Hotmie Resto and can maximize employee performance to process raw material inventories effectively and efficiently.
