ABSTRAKUsaha pemanenan anggur laut (Caulerpa sp) di alam sampai saat ini belum mampu meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan nelayan di Ohoi Letman. Hal dapat terjadi karena keberlanjutan sumberdaya anggur laut yang pemanenannya masih tergantung pada alam, karena itu salah satu cara yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan keberlanjutan sumberdaya anggur laut adalah budidaya anggur laut. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan budidaya anggur laut (Caulerpa sp) dengan metode jaring kuadran sistem tancap dasar. Kegiatan pelatihan menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan diskusi. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi teknologi budidaya dan ekonomi perikanan usaha budidaya anggur laut (Caulerpa sp) dengan motode jaring kuadran sistem tancap dasar. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan pada masyarakat pesisir di Ohoi Letman dan mahasiswa Polikant pada Prodi AGP dan TBP pada tanggal 05 November 2022. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilakukan oleh tim Polikant dalam beberapa tahapan yakni Pra kegiatan, Pelaksanaan kegiatan dan Monitoring dan Evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan berjalan lancar dan sukses dan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa ada 15 orang yang merujuk pada kriteria baik dengan range nilai 76-100, 7 orang yang merujuk pada kriteria cukup dengan range nilai 60-75 dan tidak ada peserta yang termasuk dalam kriteria kurang dengan range nilai <60. Hasil evaluasi tersebut menunjukan bahwa tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap teknologi dan manfaat ekonomi budidaya anggur laut dengan metode jaring kuadran sistem tancap dasar adalah > 80%. ABSTRACTThe business of harvesting sea grapes (Caulerpa sp) in nature has not been able to increase the income and welfare of fishermen in Ohoi Letman. This can happen because the sustainability of marine grape resources whose harvest still depends on nature, therefore one of the ways that needs to be done to increase income and sustainability of marine grape resources is marine grape cultivation. The goal to be achieved from this community service activity is training in sea grape cultivation (Caulerpa sp) using the quadrant net method of the bottom step system. Training activities use lecture, demonstration and discussion methods. The material presented included aquaculture technology and fishery economics for sea grape cultivation (Caulerpa sp) using the quadrant net method, the basic step-by-step system. This training activity was carried out for the coastal community in Ohoi Letman and Polikant students in the AGP and TBP Study Programs on November 05, 2022. Community service activities were carried out by the Polikant team in several stages, namely Pre-activity, Implementation of activities and Monitoring and Evaluation of activities. The training activities carried out ran smoothly and were successful and based on the evaluation results showed that there were 15 people who referred to good criteria with a value range of 76-100, 7 people who referred to sufficient criteria with a value range of 60-75 and no participants included in the criteria less with a value range <60. The evaluation results show that the level of public understanding of the technology and economic benefits of sea grape cultivation using the quadrant net method of the bottom step system is > 80%.
