The purpose of this study was to describe Tirta Amerta Sari ritual. Tirta Amerta Sari ritual is held by the Sumberawan community as a form of gratitude as well as praying together with the local community (slametan). This form of gratitude is carried out on the basis of the abundance of water from water sources by bringing the produce to the area (outside) of the temple which ends with a meal together. Meanwhile, the slametan is carried out with the mythological tracing ritual of Tirta Amerta Sari which was fought over by the gods and giants. The ritual is divided into three parts, namely community service, istighosah and sending prayers, and is closed with a procession of Tirta Amerta Sari. As the findings sum, it is interesting to research it in the spirit of multiculturalism while preserving the tradition.

Betel leaf is a typical Indonesian herbal plant that propagates on other tree trunks. So far, betel leaf has only been used in biomedicine and traditional medicine, whereas the chemical compounds of betel leaf can be used to absorb electromagnetic waves. In this mini-review, we review several research results to discuss the potential effectiveness of betel leaf in barium hexaferrite as an absorber of electromagnetic radiation. We compiled this mini-review based on the literature review method that is discussed extensively and in-depth regarding the chemical composition of betel leaf, modification of the development of barium hexaferrite material with betel leaf media extract, characteristics of BaFe12O19 as absorption of electromagnetic waves, and the effectiveness of media extracts in BaFe12O19 as absorption of electromagnetic waves. Based on the results of the literature review, the modification of BaFe12O19 material synthesis can include microemulsion, solid-state, coprecipitation, sol-gel, and hydrothermal synthesis. So far, hydrothermal synthesis is a synthesis method of mixing betel leaf extract media and ferrite-based magnets that have been studied before. Betel leaf in ferrite-based magnetic materials has been studied not to damage the surface morphology and characteristics of the magnetic material. The results of the assessment also show the effectiveness of adding other elements or compounds such as Ni, Al2O3, and composites in ferrite-based magnetic materials that can absorb more than 90% of electromagnetic waves in the frequency range 2-18 GHz.

Telah dibuat karbon serat serabut kelapa dengan menggunakan metode pirolisi menggunakan suhu 900oC and 1300oC . Serat sabut kelapa di karbonisasi dengan suhu 500oC selama 1 jam dengan suasana inert gas N2. Selanjutnya karbon yang dibuat kemudian direndam dalam larutan KOH 25% selama 24 jam di suhu ruang, lalu dilakukan pengeringan. Pada tahap berikutnya, karbon dipirolisis dalam suasana inert gas, dengan kecepatan kenaikan suhu 5oC/menit sampai pada suhu 900 oC, ditahan selama waktu 2 jam. Perendaman kedua dilakukan dengan menggunakan HCl 2 M selama 24 jam, tiap 30 menit diaduk dengan magnetic stirer, kemudian karbon tersebut dicuci dengan menggunakan aquades sampai mendekati pH netral, lalu ditiriskan dan dikeringkan di dalam oven dengan suhu 60oC. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian  konduktivitas listrik.

Writing is a skill that must be mastered by students. These language skills are useful for writing a thesis as a final assignment for students to get a bachelor's degree (master and / or doctorate). In thesis writing, spelling, and sentences used are standard and effective sentences so that readers easily understand the intent of the author. This study aims to describe mistakes in writing spelling, terminology, and writing mistakes in the thesis of UB's Faculty of Arts students. This study uses qualitative research with a case study design to obtain a description of the data. The results of this study reveal that the most common language errors are found, namely spelling errors used by students in the thesis. The spelling mistakes were 52.03% the use of punctuation, 39.53% word writing, and 0.08% letter writing, while sentence writing errors were found in aspects of structural incompatibility, inequality, inaccuracy, incoherence, disparity, and incoherence in the sentence .

Abstrak Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini difokuskan untuk  membangun citra desa Toyomarto sebagai desa Air melalui media spot mural. Pengabdian ini didasari  dari keberadaan Desa Toyomarto yang selama ini telah memiliki situs bersejarah yang menjadi tujuan wisata, yaitu Situs Sumberawan. Melihat potensi sejarah dan budaya yang kental pada Desa Toyomarto serta belum terdapatnya spot foto yang instagrammable, kami berupaya memberikan kontribusi berupa pembuatan mural berbasis budaya dan sejarah bagi Desa Toyomarto. Mural tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi spot foto yang menambah daya tarik wisatawan untuk mengunjungi Situs Sumberawan sekaligus memberikan pembelajaran sejarah dan budaya bagi masyarakat dan para pengunjung. Hasil pengabdian berupa pembuatan spot mural memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat desa Toyomarto. Dampak positif dari pembuatan spot mural ini adalah dapat meningkatkan  kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat secara tidak langsung tanpa meninggalkan esensi pembelajaran sejarah dan budaya.Kata Kunci: mural, atraksi wisata, toyomarto Abstract  This community service is focused on building the image of Toyomarto village as an Air village through spot mural media. This service is based on the existence of Toyomarto Village which has had historical sites which have become tourist destinations, namely the Sumberawan Site. Seeing the historical and cultural potential that is thick in Toyomarto Village and the absence of instagrammable photo spots, we try to make a contribution in the form of making a culture and history-based mural for Toyomarto Village. The mural is expected to be a photo spot that adds to the attractiveness of tourists to visit the Sumberawan Site as well as provide historical and cultural lessons for the community and visitors. The result of dedication in the form of making a spot mural has a positive impact on the people of Toyomarto village. The positive impact of making this spot mural is that it can improve the economic welfare of the community indirectly without leaving the essence of historical and cultural learning.Keywords: murals, tourist attractions, toyomarto
