To the Editor T he IARS Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Pandemic Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) is honored by the recognition bestowed by your recent Editorial. 1 We are grateful for and humbled by the opportunity to collaborate with unexpected colleagues to forge this unique partnership. Over the past 20 months, we have engaged collegially, intellectually, and, we hope, practically, to provide timely curated information for frontline practitioners caring for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our reward has been to participate in one of the most professionally fulfilling, collegial, and collaborative endeavors of our careers. We would like to emphasize that this project would be impossible without the unflagging encouragement and administrative support provided by Mr Tom Cooper, IARS Executive Director; and Ms Meghan Whitbeck, IARS Marketing and Membership Director. Together, they work tirelessly to coordinate and facilitate our efforts. They have earned our enormous appreciation and gratitude and deserve equal acknowledgement by the readership of the IARS COVID-19 newsletter and website.
