ABSTRAK Pengabdian ini berjudul pentingnya mengelola keuangan sejak usia dini siswa siswi (taman kanak - kanak) untuk mendorong dan menanamkan budaya hemat pada sekolah taman kanak-kanak Deutsche International Schule, Bsd City, Tangerang Selatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk Membantu memberikan arahan terhadap anak-anak yang masih berada di usia dini khususnya usia taman kanak kanak untuk bisa memahami dan membiasakan diri mengelola uang saku mereka dengan baik dan tidak boros terlebih lagi menggunakan uang mereka untuk kegiatan yang tidak penting seperti bermain game online dan hal-hal lain yang melalaikan anak-anak. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa kegiatan yaitu tahap survei yaitu sosialisasi dilakukan dengan menyusun berbagai hal yang akan disampaikan pada saat kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan yang meliputi: penyusunan materi yang akan diberikan, penyusunan jadwal pemberian materi, pembagian tugas tim pengabdian dan survei ke lokasi pengabdian. Tahap sosialisasi yaitu sebelum kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan tahap sosialisasi yaitu melakukan silaturahmi dengan ketua yayasan, menyampaikan maksud dan tujuan pengabdian ini. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan jalinan kerjasama dan menentukan jadwal kegiatan pengabdian. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah dosen Fakultas Ekonomi jurusan manajemen sebanyak 11 orang. Tim pengabdian memberikan materi tentang pentingnya mengelola keuangan sejak usia dini siswa siswi (taman kanak - kanak) untuk mendorong dan menanamkan budaya hemat pada sekolah taman kanak-kanak Deutsche International Schule, Bsd City, Tangerang Selatan. Dan akan memberikan pelatihan disana oleh dosen UNPAMKesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah selama proses tersebut para siswa antusias dan fokus mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang diadakan oleh dosen Universitas Pamulang.Kata Kunci: Pentingnya Menabung, Menanamkan Budaya Hemat
The purpose of this study was to determine how much positive and significant influence on the environment and communication partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT. Insani Amanah BPRS. The object of this research is all employees at PT. Insani Amanah BPRS. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with the number of respondents as many as 40 employees. The validity of the data in this study used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption Test. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between the Work Environment and Communication on the Performance of Employees of PT. BPRS Amanah Insani Bekasi.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja di Kantor Balai Besar BMKG wilayah 2 Ciputat, untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di Kantor Balai Besar BMKG wilayah 2 Ciputat dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di Kantor Balai Besar BMKG wilayah 2 Ciputat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari jawaban dari responden yang menjadi pegawai di Kantor Balai Besar BMKG wilayah 2 Ciputat yang diberikan kuesioner. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan pada variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pada koefisien determinasi terdapat pengaruh sebesar 81,1% yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja yang dijelaskan oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja, sedangkan sisanya 18,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain dan tidak termasuk kedalam analisis regresi ini.Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influence of partially between leadership style towards job satisfaction in the offices of Large Hall area 2 BMKG Ciputat, to know the influence of partially between motivation work towards job satisfaction in The Office of the Balai Besar BMKG region 2 Ciputat and to know the influence of simultaneously between leadership style and motivation work towards job satisfaction in the Office of the Balai Besar BMKG region 2Ciputat. The data used in this research using primary data obtained from answers from respondents who became a clerk in the Office of the Balai Besar BMKG region 2 Ciputat provided questionnaire. The selection of the samples was done using the formula slovin. The results of this research show that there are simultaneous influence on the variable style of leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction toward the work environment. The results of this research also indicates the variable style of leadership, work motivation and significantly influential work environment partially towards job satisfaction. On the coefficient of determination there are 81.1% of influence that affect job satisfaction variable explained by the leadership styles, motivation of work and work environment, while the remaining 18.9% is affected by other variables and does not include into this regression analysis.
The purpose of this research is a) to identify the influence of information technology on performance based on empirical studies in the last 6 years, and b) to identify the influence of motivation on performance based on empirical studies in the last 6 years. The method of searching for article sources was carried out through the GARUDA database (2017-2022) to retrieve relevant articles published in Indonesian. Keywords related to information technology and motivation towards performance were reviewed from the abstract or text of research journals before being included in the review according to the criteria. Based on the review of 6 journals over the last 6 years, the results show that the review of all 6 research journals indicates a positive and significant partial influence of information technology and motivation on performance.
The purpose of this study was to determine the supervisory actions of leaders consisting of variables of supervision techniques, supervision principles, supervisor's routine activities, supervision models have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on employee performance. and to find out the most dominant variable of the supervisory technique variable, namely the principle of supervision. , supervisor routine activities, supervision model on employee performance. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between the supervisory actions of the leadership on the performance of the Regional KPU employees in South Tangerang City.
