The focus of this research was to investigate the effect of green market orientation on business performance. For that purpose, this research tested that green market orientation has a direct effect on business performance, that green market orientation affects green innovation, and that green innovation affects business performance. As a quantitative research, partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS–SEM) was used to test the hypotheses. Data were collected by using both online and offline questionnaires from owners/managers of the manufacturing micro, small- and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the East Java Province of Indonesia. A total of 175 respondents participated in this study. The results show that green market orientation has a positive and direct effect on business performance. The results empirically support the theory of sustainability and entrepreneurship in the research setting of Indonesian MSMEs. The results also imply that the owners/managers of MSMEs need to balance economic, environmental, and social issues in their business. In the era of sustainable development and environmental awareness, manufacturing MSMEs need to adopt a green market orientation and carry out green innovation in their business processes to obtain a better business performance.
This study aims to determine the development of research trends on environmental accounting published by national and international journals. The data analyzed consists of 500 indexed research publications during the period 1981-2020. The data is then processed and analyzed using the R Bibliometric application to determine the bibliometric map of environmental accounting developments. The results showed that the number of publications on the development of the role of research related to environmental accounting has increased significantly. Then, the most common type of document that analyzes environmental accounting is journal articles. The most popular writer was Wood R, who during the research period he consistently conducted research on this theme, and the most popular keywords were energy, environmental and assessment.
Perkembangan teknologi kini berkembang semakin signifikan khususnya pada sektor perdagangan. Di Indonesia e-commerce telah berkembang sangat pesat, bahkan secara beberapa tahun belakangan ini e-commece telah mengalahkan pasar tradisional. Hal ini mempengaruhi proses pembayaran pada pengguna e-commerce. Semakin berkermbang pesatnya e-commerce tersebut menuntut optimalisasi digital payment sebagai solusi pembayaran yang baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah solusi pembayaran dengan optimalisasi digital payment bisa diterima oleh pelanggan dan menguntungkan juga untuk pihak penjual, khususnya pada UMKM Roti Kasur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana proses dilaksanakan dengan pengamatan, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini melibatkan 20 konsumen yang melakukan traksaksi pembayaran pada UMKM roti kasur dan 3 pemilik UMKM Roti Kasur serta karyawan yang membantu proses produksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi digital payment mampu memberikan kemudahan pembayaran bagi pihak pelanggan dan kemudahaan pembukuan transaksi bagi penjual meskipun ada biaya tambahan beban admin yang harus ditanggung oleh penjual.

Social media utilization as an effective marketing strategy for all businesses, ranging from food, clothing, banking business and other services. Social media utilization is based on developing the rapid existence of smart gadgets that use is very commonplace for anyone. Social Media marketing strategy is very familiar to cyber users, especially the contemporary community. Many social media uses are intended as product promotion. It is one of the cultures of modern society that is more practical in accessing everything through its respective door gadgets. Social Media is a real example of making marketing more attractive, getting better and more practical. With digital smart gadgets and Internet data packages, people are already able to access and also market their wares there. Some platforms are very well used because it relies on images as the main attraction, it also comes with the facility of writing comments and also a short direct message making the favorite social media among the corpse. Catering business is also like not to lose to utilize social media, as the research is made. The catering of Teh Rina gets positive results with the existence of this social media. Discussions using social media as a tool for business development (product marketing) showed significant results.
