in this paper, we analyze the fact that the user experience and the transmission speed conflict with each other on the Mobile Internet, and then puts forward a solution from three aspects. Firstly, considering limited-resource devices on the Mobile Internet, this paper introduces the compound document as the file system. Secondly, considering enhancing user experience of the mobile internet, this paper introduces Word-2003-like file format as the file format. Also, when taking the limitation of mobile internet devices into account, the paper introduces a technique to extract significant information from Word 2003.Thirdly, Considering calling by other software on the Mobile Internet, this paper introduce the REST-like MRL protocol according to the principles of Mobile Internet. Finally, the advantages of the solutions and the future research directions are indicated.
