In this work, we have estimated self diffusion coefficients along with the binary diffusion coefficients of mixtures of alkane (methane, ethane, propane and n-butane) in SPC/E water(H 2 O). Molecular dynamics study of a binary mixture of alkane gas and SPC/E water, with alkane as solute and water as solvent, have been carried out at different temperatures ranging from 283.15 K to 333.15 K. We have taken a dilute solution of 3 alkane (methane, ethane, propane and n-butane) molecules and 971 water molecules in a system. The role of interaction in the structure of the constituents of the system as a function of temperature is studied with the help of the radial distribution function (RDF) and the coordination numbers. The self-diffusion coefficient of the constituents of the mixture was calculated by using mean square displacement (MSD) and the binary diffusion coefficients of alkane in water have been calculated by using Darken's relation. The results are then compared with the available experimental values. The values of self-diffusion coefficients of water from the present work come in good agreement with the experimental values within 9% error. The binary diffusion coefficients of ethane, methane, propane and n-butane lie in between the previous experimental values performed by Wise and Houghton, and Witherspoon and D. N. Saraf. The estimated values lie within 30% error to each of the previously reported experimental values. The dependence of the diffusion coefficients on temperature is approximated by Arrhenius-type exponential relationship. 4 2 6 3 8 , and C H 4 10 respectively. Some of the common uses of them are are heating, electricity generation, cooking, production of polymers, serves as intermediate in the synthesis of drugs, pesticides and other chemicals. They are also used as propellants OPEN ACCESS RECEIVED
The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of performance appraisal and job satisfaction on employee organizational commitment in Nepalese commercial banks. The primary data has been used to assess the opinions of the respondents through structured questionnaires constituting Likert items. The survey is based on 172 respondents, which represents 78 percent response of the total efforts made to collect samples from 16 commercial banks of Nepal. Descriptive and causal research designs have been employed in this study. The Pearson correlation coefficient has been used to analyze the relationship whereas the multiple linear regression models have been used for examining the significance and impacts of performance appraisal and job satisfaction on employee organizational commitment in the commercial banks of Nepal. The result reveals that performance appraisal and job satisfaction are positively related to employee organizational commitment. The study, therefore, concludes that job satisfaction and performance appraisal are the important factors affecting employees' organizational commitment. As this study is confined to commercial banks only, future studies can consider other banking institutions, and among employees‟ profile and human resource management factors as well.
This paper reflects the views of psychologists Gergen, andWeishar, and social constructionists like Harre. The management of anger teaches us to forgive someone and to have a clear ideology. The holy books ‘Geeta’ and the Bible both emphasize the request to “replace anger with love.”The authors like Novaco, Van Leuven, and Claude Steiner, have their own views on anger. The views of Mishra (Age of Anger) are praiseworthy. Daniel Goleman says anger is poison. Similarly, the views of Peale, Murphy, Hattie, and Watkins expressed their views on religion and self-esteem. Derrida’s logocentrism shows an emphasis on justice and Murphy’s view of the subconscious mind and on altruistic motives. Spielberger expressed his lucid views on stress and anger. This research focuses on the views of the six theorists mentioned in the title. Anger management teaches us how to forgive a person and one should have clarity in his or her conscience.
