The main idea of the article is aimed at identifying current trends in the implementation of digital technologies in the personnel management processes of enterprises and organizations. The importance of digitalization in the process of human resources management is determined and the current directions of digitalization for the process of human resources management in a modern organization are highlighted. It has already been repeatedly proven that digital technologies have simplified and accelerated the collection, processing and transmission of information, as well as communication with employees. They also have the opportunity to reduce the administrative burden on the HR department, resulting in more time for more important HR functions, such as providing managers with the necessary expertise to make more effective HR-related decisions. Recent studies indicate that companies that effectively use digital technologies for HR management are always ahead. It should be noted that digitalization should be aimed not only at automating and improving work and production processes, but also at improving the quality of work of each employee. When a company uses modern digital technologies, it is much easier and more interesting for an employee to carry out their work activities, which motivates them to develop within this enterprise. It was noted that the digitalization process in the field of personnel management is an important aspect for the selection of young employees. Young employees of Generation Z are the Digital generation. The motivation and interest of employees of this generation is the use of digital methods. For them, the Internet space is an integral part of their lifestyle, a source of information and a channel of communication, therefore it is important for representatives of this generation to create an opportunity to solve many production issues online. Digitization implies readiness to implement complex changes that should change the company's culture, its management system, as well as internal and external communications. The timeliness of these changes systematically leads to the improvement of the company's position on the market and increase of its level of competitiveness.
