The article reveals the current problem of Ukrainian and foreign education - the preparation of present-day teachers to get engaged with learners with special educational needs. The objective of the study is to highlight the results of theoretical and experimental research on the formation of prospective music teachers’ readiness for inclusive educational activities, which is the result of students` professional training, prospective bachelors of music, determined by the level of music mastery, psychological-and-pedagogical, information and communication knowledge and skills along with technological ones regarding a system of humanistic and cultural values in the field of educational inclusion. To study this problem, the following scientific research methods were used, such as: scientific approaches (humanistic, socio-psychological, technological, competence), a set of theoretical, empirical, mathematical methods. The structure of readiness of prospective music art teachers for educational inclusive activities comprises the following components: motivation-and-value, psychological-communicative, musical-epistemological, inclusion-and-activity. The results of the pedagogical experiment proved the effectiveness of enriching the content of bachelor students` training with an educational and inclusive component and the introduction of author's pedagogical technology of inclusive music education for secondary school students, mastering of which enhances the readiness for inclusive education with prospective music art teachers.
The article highlights the ways of solving the current problem of artistic education in Ukraine - methodological readiness formation of future music art teachers for their professional activity. The purpose of the study is experimental verification of the organizational and methodical principles of the methodological readiness formation of future music art teachers for their further professional activity, which is considered as: professional and personal formation of a teacher based on the motivation to such a kind of activity, a complex of methodological knowledge, skills and psychological capacities of the music art teacher to apply them. The research covers the structure of the methodological readiness of the music art teacher for their professional activity, which includes the following components: motivation-demanding, informational-cognitive, scientific activity-based, reflexive-evaluational, self-improving; also certain criteria, indicators and levels of methodological readiness formation of the music art teacher are determined in particular and the organizational and methodical principles of forming the methodological readiness of future music art teachers, based on the modernization of the content, forms and methods of methodological training of future music art teachers. The effectiveness of certain organizational and methodical principles has been confirmed by experimental research.
The article deals with the problem of professional training of future musical art teachers for teaching students with special educational needs. The purpose of the article is to present the findings of the research on the current state of professional training of future teachers of musical art for educational inclusion in Ukraine. The author underlines that the Law of Ukraine "On Education" (2017) states that inclusive education is a system of state-guaranteed educational services based on the principles of non-discrimination, respect for human diversity, effective involvement and inclusion in the educational process of all its participants. The Law guarantees the inclusion of persons with special educational needs into the general educational process. However, the findings of the research revealed that most future teachers of musical art are not at all or only partially trained to work with students with special educational needs. In order to improve the professional training of the future musical art teachers, the author proposed: to update the normative base of art education; to substantiate the organizational and methodological foundations of professional training of future musical art teachers for educational inclusion; to develop a system of appropriate training for educators of higher educational institutions; to create pedagogical conditions aimed at formation of motivations in students for artistic and educational inclusion; to level up the material and technological support of higher education institutions.
The article is devoted to the actual problem of contemporary art education ἦ#x201C; to improve the professional training of future music art teachers for children’s inclusive education. Its purpose is to present the results of theoretical understanding of the developmental and healing potential of music, to develop technological support in future music art teachers’ professional training for children’s inclusive education. According to the results of the study, the basic concept of the study was defined as: “professional training of future music art teachers for inclusive education”, which is seen as an educational process aimed at ensuring students’ readiness to provide a system of educational services to persons with special educational needs in their future professional activity, and it involves mastering their inclusively oriented musical and pedagogical knowledge, skills and personal qualities. To improve the professional training of future music art teachers for children’s inclusive learning, the findings of the latest research in the field of art and musicpedagogical theory concerning the harmonizing and music-therapeutic influence of music on the personality of a child in need of educational inclusion were used; criteria of musical works selection for children with psycho-physiological disabilities have been identified; there was developed and substantiated developmental and corrective technique of training singing that can be used in inclusive classes of different age, gender and cognitive abilities of children. Developmental and corrective technique of training singing includes innovative content of children’s teaching, comprising a specially selected vocal repertoire; lesson and extracurricular forms of training; specific teaching methods for students with special educational needs.
