The motivation of innovation lies in the fact that they allow for increasing production efficiency, reducing costs, improving the quality of goods and services, as well as creating new markets and job opportunities. It has been researched that motivation for innovation lies in many aspects. Firstly, innovation allows for increasing production efficiency and reducing costs. New technologies and processes can help increase labor productivity, shorten production time, and reduce energy and material costs. Secondly, innovation helps improve the quality of goods and services. New materials and technologies can help create more environmentally friendly and safe products, as well as improve their properties and functionality. This allows companies to maintain their competitive advantage and provide consumer satisfaction. Thirdly, innovations allow for the creation of new markets and jobs. New technologies and products can help companies expand their range and attract new customers, which allows for increased sales volume and profit. In addition, the development of new technologies and products requires a lot of labor, which contributes to the creation of new jobs. It has been proven that these factors allow companies to maintain their competitiveness, ensure sustainable economic growth, and increase their market share. The agro-food sector is one of the key industries that provides humanity with essential food products. However, it has faced challenges in sustainable development and environmental safety, raising questions about the efficiency and sustainability of this industry. Accordingly, there is ample room for innovation in the agro-food sector. The article analyzes the innovative activity in the agro-food sector at the present stage. The main problems and shortcomings of innovation development in this industry are identified, and the most influential factors that impede the development and implementation of innovative technologies in agriculture are considered. The main objectives of the study are to analyze the processes of innovation development in the agricultural industry in Ukraine, identify the main shortcomings and problems that hinder innovation development in this industry, and list the factorsthat will contribute to the development of innovative processes in Ukrainian agricultural enterprises. Various research methods were used to address the tasks at hand, including general scientific methods such as analysis and synthesis; scientific abstraction; induction and deduction, as well as specialized methods such as a monographic approach (during the study of the current state of innovation processes in the agricultural sector of Ukraine); and a comprehensive approach (during the development of recommendations for the development of innovations in the agro-industrial sector). It was determined that the agro-industrial complex occupies a leading position among industries that significantly influence the economic situation in Ukraine. It was noted thatone of the leading roles in the effective development of innovative technologies, particularly in agriculture, is played by innovative infrastructure: technoparks, business incubators, as they contribute to entering the innovation market. The use of cutting-edge technologies, the implementation of smart production management systems, which make it possible to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and provide more accurate planning, were also discussed. Proposed innovations, such as support in the fields of breeding, nanotechnology, and genetic engineering, have significant potential for improving the efficiency and resilience of production and activity in the agricultural sector of Ukraine.

The need to improve the educational system and ensure quality education for the younger generation is emphasized. It is noted that proper attention to education will help increase the number of qualified workers in the labor market, make the economy more competitive, and ensure sustainable economic growth. The issue of state support for education is discussed. It is noted that investing in education is a necessary condition for the country's economic development. The government should ensure adequate funding for education and provide accessibility to the educational process for all segments of the population. Overall, the article makes it clear that education is an important factor for Ukraine's economic development. The need for support, investment, and raising the level of education and qualifications of the population is emphasized. Attention is drawn to the need for improving the educational system and developing new teaching technologies. An analysis of problems hindering the development of education in Ukraine, such as inadequate funding, low quality of education, and insufficient infrastructure, is conducted. Some recommendations for addressing these problems, such as increasing funding for education, ensuring quality education, and developing new teaching technologies, are proposed. Different aspects of the innovation system are examined, including its components, structure, processes, relationships, and interactions, as well as mechanisms for its development. The role of the innovation system in the development of the economy is analyzed, and it is demonstrated that the importance of developing an innovation system for the national economy lies in its ability to enhance competitiveness and support sustainable economic development.Current trends and problems in the development of the innovation system worldwide are investigated, and ways to improve its functioning are proposed. Various typesof innovation systems, including technological, social, and business innovations, are also examined, and the positive economic consequences of innovation development are analyzed.The research is based on the use of theoretical sources and the study of the experience of foreign and domestic scientists regarding the development of the innovation system. Scientific achievements are summarized and the expediency of creating and functioning of clusters as a tool for increasing the competitiveness of the national economy is substantiated. The result of the research is the formulation of recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the innovation system and ensure its compliance with current requirements and trends in the development of the global economy.
