This research covers the history of theatre development, as well as various aspects of the education of a future actor in the context of the formation of his skills in the modern educational process. The history of the theatre development from ancient times to the present is closely connected with the formation of the acting culture. Therefore, the issues covered in this research on various aspects of education of a future actor in the context of the general development of the theatre are of great importance in terms of objective study of trends and processes of formation of acting skills in retrospect of the general development of theatre.The relevance of the stated research topic is due to the importance of the formation of acting skills and education of future actors in the context of the formation and development of the theatre scene as a cultural phenomenon. The methodology of this research is based on a combination of structural analysis of the main trends in theatre development from ancient times to the present with the analysis of typical factors of education of future actors and the formation of acting skills in the context of major trends in theatre. The determination of the main factors of education of a future actor in the context of the development of the theatre scene and the place of formation of the actor's skill in the modern educational process should be considered the main results of this research. Prospects for further research in a certain direction are due to the great importance of educating a future actor in the context of the development of theatrical art with the possibility of creating the latest curricula that will take into account all issues of acting skills against the background of theatrical traditions. The applied value of this research lies in the possibility of applying in practice its main results in order to create conditions for the proper education of future actors in the traditions formed during the gradual development of modern theatre.
