The article deals with the problem of developing a system that would ensure successful business activity in the hospitality sector of Big Yalta. It has in focus and evaluates institutional factors of business activity development as well as resourcing of the hospitality business in the region. The study evaluates the resourcing level and elaborates economic measures and scenarios of business activity development in the region of Big Yalta on the basis of the revealed strategic elements of the institutional framework. The research undermines a number of issues directly connected to the obsolete and worn-out state of hospitality infrastructure and other facilities, their irrational use and lack of constructive dialogue between the public sector and the private sector in terms of hospitality resources use. Methods of cognitive modeling of business activity development in the hospitality sector allow disclosure of the advantageous scenarios of modernizing the hospitality sector and innovation in the hospitality service as the primary source of revenue in the offseason period and a major factor of local employment. The purpose of the paper is to develop the scientific and methodological provision for evaluating the contribution of corporate social responsibility and social capital management into provision of quality of life of the population of a modern territory. The authors also perform approbation of the developed scientific and methodological provision by the example (thematical research) of the city of Sevastopol (Russia, Southern Federal District). The authors determine structural components of quality of life of the population that are influenced by business's showing corporate social responsibility and social capital management. Then modeling is conducted and contribution of corporate social responsibility and social capital management into provision of quality of life of the population by the example of the city of Sevastopol is assessed with the help of the method of regression and correlation analysis. As a result, the target values of the indicators of contribution of corporate social responsibility and social capital management of business for achievement of the preferable quality of life of the population of the city of Sevastopol are determined with the help of the simplex method. The authors develop the scientific and methodological provision for evaluating the contribution of corporate social responsibility and social capital management into provision of quality of life of the population modern territory, which is universali.e., it could be used by any business structure at any modern territory (not only by business structures of the city of Sevastopol). By the example of the city of Sevastopol it is shown that corporate social responsibility and social capital management of a business could influence the provision of quality of life of the population of a modern territory under the condition of targeted management.
The digitalization of economic relations determines the particular importance of personnel training on a qualitatively new technological basis, which is inextricably linked with the study of the problem of ecosystem designing for the development of universities in a digital environment. The foundations of the systems theory, the theory of education economics, the methods of system analysis, factor analysis, and economic and mathematical modeling were used for studying the problem of ecosystem development for universities. The conducted studies made it possible to obtain the following main research results: the ecosystem principles for organizing the provision of higher education services, representing the integrity of the university system based on network interactions of a set of various participants, as well as objects, projects, processes, and environments, were proposed. An approach to designing a strategy for the development of universities, based on the scenario forecasting of the receptivity of digital economy competencies by students, teachers, and partners of universities in the medium term, is proposed based on the organigram for the implementation of the project of matrix digital transformation of the adhocratic university hierarchy. The conclusions stating that the design of the ecosystem of the development of universities should be aimed at the implementation of the social mission of the university in the region and the transformation of the ecosystem of the region as a whole are formulated. As prospects for further research, the study of the prerequisites for generating the effects of designing the development of a university ecosystem based on the network platform interaction of the economic agents of the region/territory, as well as the implementation of digital transformation projects of the university management system, is considered.
