Now in the Russian Federation negative tendencies in the state of health of children in all age categories are observed: high incidence, growth of prevalence of chronic pathology, existence of morfo-functional deviations, deterioration in the main quality indicators of health of children. Studying of data on incidence, death rate, disability, physical development and a role of the factors determining them in separate age groupes holds a specific place in assessment of health of children. For receipt of objective assessment of the state of health of the children’s population it is necessary to analyze in interrelation statistics on different sources: database of compulsory health insurances funds, medical examinations of children, accounting and reporting documentation of the medical organizations, computer methods of inspection of the children’s population. Social and hygienic researches on this problem are of great importance for practical health care consisting in development of recommendations about decrease in indicators of incidence, disability and death rate of children, offers of new organizational forms of work of treatment and prevention facilities. We in article provided the analysis of the children of 0-17 years this about the state of health inclusive of St Petersburg for the period 2011-2015. The main demographic characteristics of the children’s population are studied, features of physical development of children of 0-17 years inclusive, incidences, including prevalence of chronic pathology and socially important diseases among the children’s contingent, disability are revealed.
Maintaining and improving the health of the population, especially children and teenagers, is one of the most important state task, the solution of which allows to ensure the availability of human resources, the country's defense and reproduction of the healthy population. Currently in the Russian Federation, there are negative trends in the health status of children in all age categories: the growing incidence, prevalence of chronic diseases, the presence of morphological abnormalities, high prevalence of risk factors among children, a decrease of quality indicators of children's health. There is a significant change in the pattern of morbidity in childhood, reflected in the increase in the number of chronic and combined forms of disease, the increase in the frequency of intrapartum damage and hereditary pathology, which in turn leads to an increase in the number of children with disabilities. The issues of improving medical care in remote and inaccessible localities are actively discussed on all platforms and meetings of the circumpolar countries of the Union. It is clear that much of the health of the population in the Arctic is determined by the welfare of the country. However, some progress in this direction in recent years and our country. In this regard, it is highly important to assess the dynamics of medico-demographic indicators in the Arctic regions during the implementation of major Russian programs in the field of protection of motherhood and childhood in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
So far in the history of mankind, the pandemic has been declared only twice. The first was the H1N1 influenza pandemic of 1918-1920, known as the Spanish flu or Spanish. The second is the 2009-2010 H1N1 flu pandemic, referred to in the media as swine flu. At the end of 2019, there was an outbreak of a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 with an epicenter in the peoples Republic of China (PRC) in the city of Wuhan (Hubei province), and since the beginning of 2020, cases of a new coronavirus infection have been recorded in other countries whose citizens visited the PRC. In some territories, such as South Korea, Iran and Italy, the epidemiological situation for COVID-19 has sharply worsened, which subsequently led to a significant increase in the number of cases in the world associated with travel to these countries. In connection with the current epidemiological situation, on March 11, 2020, the Director-General of the world health organization (who), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said at a briefing in Geneva that the spread of the new coronavirus in the world has become a pandemic. According to experts, the new coronavirus infection has a number of features, both epidemiological and clinical. Currently, information about this is quite limited, which makes it difficult to prevent and treat this disease. In our article, we tried to present some aspects of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, referring to data published in open scientific literature sources, and reporting data from two administrative districts of the city of St. Petersburg.
The main purpose of the temporary disability expertise is to evaluate the patient's health status, the quality and effectiveness of the treatment, the ability to carry out professional activities, as well as determining the extent and timing of temporary disability. One of the main tasks of examination of temporary disability, along with the adoption of science-based decisions about the patient's working capacity and determination of temporary disability is the identification of the employee long-term or permanent disability to the established procedure for survey on mediko-social examination. Regulatory documents there are levels of examination of temporary disability in a medical organization: the attending physician and the medical Commission of the medical organization. The right medical organization for conducting work and services in examination of temporary disability is determined by the presence of the license for medical activity and the examination of temporary disability. The participants in the expert process should have a document enhance the skills of professionals involved in the declared works (services). This article presents the experience of the Department of social pediatrics and public health, faculty of postgraduate and additional professional education SPbSPMU for training physicians, Deputy chief physicians in the examination of temporary disability, chairmen and members of medical commissions, the organization and carrying out examination of temporary incapacity.
In the article data of analysis of quality of the specialized psychiatric help to the children and teenagers are presented in Saint Petersburg. Research came true on the base of Center of restoration treatment "Child's psychiatry" the name of S.S. Mnuchina, where work of service of quality to medicare, organization of examination of quality of medicare, was studied, sociological research of opinion of patients and their parents was conducted about organization of psychiatric help in this medical establishment and their satisfaction from the got medicare. Problems are educed in organization and quality of the specialized medicare to the children and teenagers with psychonosemas and disorders of behavior. The necessity of further perfection of work on the continuous upgrading of work of psychiatric service is set.
