Background: Due to the health restrictions put in place to face the pandemic, a decrease in the levels of physical activity and an alteration in the quality of sleep have been observed. One group susceptible to these changes is represented by students of physical education pedagogy, who, under normal conditions, present high levels of physical activity. However, the correlation between these variables has not been studied in the context of a pandemic lockdown. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of the quality of sleep and physical activity level as a function of gender and evaluate the association between quality of sleep and physical activity level in physical education pedagogy students during the COVID-19 pandemic considering sociodemographic and health characteristics. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study. An online questionnaire was applied to 280 Chilean university students of physical education pedagogy. The survey considered sociodemographic information, healthy habits, and self-reported health and included the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) for physical activity levels and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) for sleep quality. Results: The prevalence of good sleep quality was 20.4%. Furthermore, 52.9% of students had a high level of physical activity. Regression analysis between PSQI global score and age-adjusted physical activity levels indicated that being male and presenting a high level of physical activity favored a better PSQI global score. Conclusions: The prevalence of good sleep quality was low in general and significantly lower in women. Being male and having a high level of physical activity during quarantine benefits good sleep quality, regardless of age.

Speech teacherThis research is justified by the educational and social changes on evaluation that have occurred in Chile since 2018. From the new guidelines, evaluation is promoted as a formative and flexible process that adapts to the diversity of students. The objective was to understand the social representations on educational evaluation as a contribution to inclusion. Under a qualitative paradigm, we worked with the discourse and social representations of preschool teacher, Physical Education, primary school teacher, Special needs education. For the information treatment, the analysis of the structural content of the discourse was used. The main results showed that teachers judge their assessment strategies as insufficient and the SIMCE test as an obstacle to Inclusion. In addition, teachers express that evaluation is used as an instrument of power and control. For its part, it favors inclusion when using co-evaluation and self-evaluation.
This research consisted of analyzing the biomechanical characteristics involved in each phase of a series of ornamental jumps on the three-meter springboard. For this, video recordings were made of nine (9) male youth athletes who participated in the XVII Junior World Cup of Ornamental Jumping, Aachen, Germany. For the collection and analysis of the data in three dimensions, two Panasonic cameras were placed between 90 ° and 120 °. 21 anatomical points and two trampoline points were digitized. Subsequently, the kinematic variables were quantified and analyzed with the computerized motion analysis software "Hu-m-an" v. 5.0. It was concluded that the projection characteristics are fundamental for the achievement of the flight phase and entry into the water, obtaining results similar to those registered in international investigations. The projection angle average the 80°. Deficiencies were found in the flight phase to define and group the body, affecting aesthetics and body, in the same way at the time of entering the water an over-effort of the upper body was appreciated due to the passivity of the lower body, which caused an entry hyperextension leaving the lower limbs delayed and displacing water during entry.
