Relatar vivências de enfermeiras em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial II (CAPS II) situado na região sul do Brasil no contexto da pandemia da COVID-19. Relato de experiência sobre as dificuldades de sustentar a lógica da atenção psicossocial devido à pandemia da COVID-19, durante os anos de 2020 e 2021. Identificou-se que atividades realizadas no CAPS II que visam reabilitação psicossocial e reinserção social dos usuários tiveram periodicidade reduzida ou foram suspensas a fim de reduzir a disseminação do vírus. Observam-se dificuldades de articular o cuidado na rede e no território devido às medidas de distanciamento social adotadas. Espera-se que esse estudo possa contribuir para futuras reflexões sobre os serviços de saúde mental em tempos de pandemia da COVID-19 tendo por propósito evitar desassistência ao paciente portador de sofrimento mental. Difficulties in sustaining the logic of psychosocial care in a pandemic Abstract: To report the experiences of nurses in a Psychosocial Care Center II (CAPS II) located in southern Brazil in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Experience report on the difficulties of sustaining the logic of psychosocial care due to the COVID-19 pandemic, during the years 2020 and 2021. It was identified that activities carried out in CAPS II aimed at psychosocial rehabilitation and social reintegration of patients users had reduced frequency or were suspended in order to reduce the spread of the virus. There are difficulties in articulating care in the network and in the territory due to the adopted measures of social distancing. It is hoped that this study can contribute to future reflections on mental health services in times of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the aim of avoiding lack of assistance to patients with mental suffering. Relato de experiencia sobre las dificultades para sostener la lógica de la atención psicosocial por la pandemia COVID-19, durante los años 2020 y 2021. Se identificó que las actividades realizadas en el CAPS II tenían como objetivo la rehabilitación psicosocial y la reinserción social de los pacientes. Los usuarios tenían una frecuencia reducida o fueron suspendidos para reducir la propagación del virus. Existen dificultades para articular el cuidado en la red y en el territorio debido a las medidas de distanciamiento social adoptadas. Se espera que este estudio pueda contribuir a futuras reflexiones sobre los servicios de salud mental en tiempos de la pandemia COVID-19, con el objetivo de evitar la falta de asistencia a los pacientes con sufrimiento mental.
