This research aims to find out and analyze human resource management strategies in improving employee performance in cooperatives and determine the results of SWOT analysis of employee performance improvement strategies with IFAS and EFAS matrix can be identified important factors both from the external environment and the internal environment that become strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from improved performance. The research conducted in this study was qualitative descriptive using SWOT analysis. From the results of the analysis obtained growth strategy or growth oriented strategy, this strategy signifies the state of the company that is strong and able to continue to grow by taking opportunities and opportunities that exist. To achieve maximum turnover. This strategy was chosen because the calculation results are in quadrant I where the total weighted score of weaknesses is 2.710504 while the total weighted score of the opportunity-threat 2.653142. The position on this quadrant is very profitable and can be applied to the maximum.
This study aims to delve deeper into the evaluation of education, especially Islamic education, contained in the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which is narrated in two major books, namely the Book of Sahih Bukhori and Sahih Muslim. This research was conducted by classifying the hadiths in the two books into groups of hadith indicated as hadiths about the evaluation of education. As a finding, there are three terms in the two major hadith books, namely Al-Hisab, Al-Bala ', and Al-Imtihan. In the Saheeh Bukhari and Saheeh Muslim books the traditions of the evangelization of education are clearly explained. so that it can be concluded that Islamic Education related to evaluation has been clearly described through the Prophet's hadiths narrated in the books of Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. 1 Meaning: And He taught Adam the names (objects) entirely, then presented them to the angels, then Allah SWT. said: 'Name me the things if you are truly righteous. Fraudulent acts in financial institutions have often occurred, there are even some financial institutions who try to clarify related to the frauds that occur in these financial institutions. This study describes fraudulent acts that occur in conventional financial institutions, by taking data from the official websites of each financial institution, by reading reports Good Corporate Governance (GCG) of banks. Data collection from 2015-2019. The research conducted is descriptive quantitative research, where the researcher only describes the data obtained from the source. The results of the study found that there were fraudulent acts in financial institutions that experienced a decrease and an increase in tone. The results of the analysis carried out, that financial institutions need to understand the dangers of fraud in human resources, in order to prevent fraud from an early stage.
